Questions & Answers
One pack contains two pieces: a fan and a light bulb, both of which are connected by a chain. That's the impression I got, at least.
The brass pulls were purchased. I'm sorry, but I'm not familiar with the nickel finish. On the other hand, they're quite adorable. They're a hit with my mom.
It would be 12 inches longer than your existing ceiling fan chain. If that makes sense, this chain would add to your current length. If it's still not long enough, you could always add more chain length; it's simple to do so.
"Made in China" is printed on the packaging.

After all, how many of us have had trouble with the fan and light chains getting mixed up? These are of good quality and simple to put together. br>br>As for the bulb, if you pull on it, it will eventually come off and will not be able to be replaced. As a precaution, turn the light on and off using the chain above the bulb. br>br>I highly recommend this pair because it has such a great idea and is of good quality.
The frosted glass (or high-quality acrylic?) is even nicer than the listing images suggest. ) is well-balanced and comfortable to hold. The long chain makes it adjustable, and at its longest length, it can reach people with shorter arms without hitting them in the head. The installation is simple and quick.
I'm not sure what broke it because there was no recent dropping or rough handling, but I'm going to superglue it back on regardless. br>br>I bought these because the ones provided by my apartment complex were too short for me (I'm 5'7). Also, even though they were secure, my old fan pulls kept falling off when I pulled them. These are fantastic! They are sturdy and have not pulled or fallen off. I like that I don't have to stretch as much to adjust the fan's speed or turn on the light. I will say that people 6'2 and up may feel the pulls are a little low, so be aware of them when walking by them in normal, non-stressful situations. Despite the fact that the rooms are vaulted, they are still very cute.
Very nice, and they appear to be sturdy, but I'm not pulling them by the "charms" at the end. It's preferable to pull the beaded chain on its own. Serves the purpose for which it was created. I enjoy knowing which functions each chain is in charge of.
I've only had it for a few weeks and was about to turn off the light for the first time when the "lightbulb" broke off when I yanked on it. I'm pulling this chain for the first time!.
The pulls are very nice and exactly what I was looking for. I expected some cheap plastic that would break easily for such a low price, but I was completely mistaken. This has made me very happy. By pulling on the charms, I'm not sure how durable they are; I figured I didn't want to find out, so I just pull the chain. My old charms fell off the chain, so I got these and instead of removing the old chain, I left it on so the chains would be longer because I'm short (5'2) and don't have to reach for them. If you're short, like me, keep the existing chains and attach them to those, or get chain extensions, especially if your ceilings are high.
These pull chains make it simple to distinguish between which pulls control the light and which control the fan. The original pull chains were short and had a plain knob on the end of the chain, so I bought two and installed them on the fans in our ski condo. Friends and relatives will be able to reach the pulls and determine which chain controls the lights or the fan with the help of these new pull chains.
It may appear to be a minor detail, but I grew tired of being blinded by the lights as I searched for the fan's chain. Because the chains are long, we had to shorten ours (they were in the way of hubby's face), but it was a simple process, and they now look great and I can tell where the fan chain is at a glance.
