I'm not sure what model of fan we installed, but the bolt pattern was incorrect; however, they were durable enough that we were able to drill new holes without difficulty. We purchased them for an outdoor fan, so the quality of the material was critical. They satisfy us.
No, only Craftmade and Ellington fans will be interested in this. Harbor Breeze is only available at Home Depot.

WHERE OUR DOGS COME AND GO ON A DAILY BASIS, WE ARE REDOING A SCREEN PORCH. I'VE USED AND RECOMMENDED YOUR PRODUCT IN THE PAST. PLAYING DOGS AND SCREEN DO NOT GET ALONG. IT WILL HELP TO HAVE THIS NEW SCREEN, AS IT HOLDS UP MUCH BETTER WITH DOGGIES PAWS!.
They have rib stiffeners in them, which keep them from bending under their own weight, according to reports. Of course, because the plastic polymer is hydrophobic, the blades will not absorb water or absorb humidity like fiberboard blades did. I wish they were a little longer, or that they were available in a variety of lengths and styles. The big " ", on the other hand, is: There will be no sag! In the Dallas, Texas area, back porches are commonly used.
These worked perfectly as a replacement for my porch ceiling fan. The original blades were made of press board, and after a year, they sagged due to moisture in the air. These are the plastic ones I found, and they work perfectly. I did have to drill two new holes in each blade to match up with the arms on my fan, but I knew that before I ordered because I couldn't find any that matched my cheap fan.
I knew I'd have to re-drill the mounting holes because they wouldn't line up. Drilling new holes and mounting took ten minutes. The quality and finish are excellent.
The holes did not line up, as others had pointed out - But why is everything going so wrong? I purchased a number of sets and had to drill each one. Half or more of the original outer two holes were visible after the fan was reassembled - It does not present a positive image. It would be preferable if they didn't have any holes at all, or if only the center line hole was present. These are regular Hunter/Hampton Bay fans, not outlandish types. I'm hoping they don't warp in the mail. On a more positive note, the fan balance has improved!.
That way, everything stays in check. These blades were used to replace existing fan blades that had become droopy due to exposure to the elements in an outdoor covered patio where I had originally installed regular fans. That is not something you should do. Bad idea. These blades are exceptionally effective. I had to drill the necessary mounting holes, but that was no problem.
All I had to do was re-drill the holes, and that was it. Everything else appears to be in order.
The hole pattern did not line up with my bracket, as it did with other reviewers' brackets, but this was to be expected. I simply positioned the old blade on top of the new one, marked it with a pencil, and drilled new holes. The top hole was fine in my case, but it was just a little too small. It took about 5 minutes to re-sharpen each blade. After that, re-pattern the holes. Connect the motor to it. Everything came together beautifully. Goodbye, sagging blades!.
