Replaced a TIG Welder power inlet with a proper receptacle, which worked perfectly for my application. Although the piece did not include mounting screws, it is simple to install if the user has the necessary tools.
I needed to upgrade the power of my home-built CNC machine, so I needed a higher amp power cord, which meant I had to replace the inlet. Because of the larger size and different hole pattern size, I had to make a new cutout in my control box for this one, but that was understandable given that I was upgrading. This is a fantastic tool.
Before I bought it, I was concerned that it would be flimsy and not strong enough to support the heavy-duty cable I purchased. However, after installing it, I discovered that it was solidly constructed! It's a simple part, but one that I would strongly recommend.
It does exactly what it says it will and I had no issues receiving it. br>br>In a simple thing, you can't ask for much more.
It really works.
