Because of the way they're packaged, 99% of cords come pre kinked straight from the factory. Getting these pre-kinked cords to workable condition takes a lot of effort. br>br>Whoever designed this cord knows how to roll and store a cord so you don't have to struggle with it every time you use it. Looking at the image, it appears to be coiled rather than coiled and smashed into an oblong mess. The process of loosening and straightening these cords will take almost no time. The other cords I ordered will require hours of work to make usable (if I am successful).
This is a working 15-foot extension cord. Because the nearest outlet is 12 feet away, I only used it indoors. I'd buy this product again if I needed a 15-foot extension cable. I'm compensating for my depression by being cocky and spending recklessly.
The power cords on food processors are usually short, about two feet or less. As a result, they'll be able to use lighter-weight materials. gauge wire without overheating it while it's running? It's likely that the manufacturers save a dime or two per unit as a result of this. br>However, during a job, I require a processor near the kitchen sink. . . would you call me messy? In my older kitchen, the closest outlet is more than 4 feet away from the sink. Although I have power strips, stringing one across my counters would be excessive. It has a length of 20 feet. It connects just fine. I plug one end into an outlet and the other into a thing, and the latter can turn on 20' away from the outlet than it would otherwise. I'm at a loss for words at this point. br>br>I suppose the most important thing to remember is: I like how it's coiled in a circle instead of tightly bound in a figure-eight shape. It's in an 8 shape, which means it's free of kinks right away.

It has a good thickness and a lot of weight to it. indicating that the wires are of the correct gauge I noticed "ASAP" on both the male and female ends, as well as the cable itself. " While I'm not sure what this stands for, it's the same company that makes many of Lenovo's power cords. All of the Lenovo computers I've previously purchased came with power adapters that used the same "ASAP" brand of cable (the one that connects the brick to the wall). As a result, I am confident that this is an excellent-quality product. quality cord, not some "random" cord obtained through some "deal" with a no-name company by Amazon. Finally, despite the fact that this cord is rated for 1625 watts (13 AMP) and is 16 gauge, I would not recommend it for use with space heaters (despite the fact that space heater cords are typically indentical in gauge). To compensate for any impedance that may occur due to the longer distance that current must travel, I'd recommend 14 gauge (14 gauge is THICKER than 16 gauge) for space heaters.
