I thinned the paint according to what the product called for, but it's still too cold here, so I can't just blame the weather. The roller and brush didn't work for me, so I finished with a roller. There was no need to spend a lot of time cleaning them. When I try the next time, I'll see how far I can get with just the little container. In the past, I have used this product without problems and have completed big jobs with no issues. The program I recommend to others is good, and I think I just had a bad 2 days with it. It was a gallon bucket too that I was using the hose with. The problem I encountered may have been due to this.

In general, I paint with Latex, as most people do. I own a Wagner Twinstroke 9140, which is an excellent machine. While the SprayTech is hard to clean and better suited to large projects, it is not as clean as the SprayTech. In fact, I was going to just make do with a little power painter for small jobs like a few pieces of custom window trim or in this case, a replacement stair skirt. Oh, boy, of all, painting on horizontal surfaces can't be done, so I had to purchase an adapter, which was a 90 degree bend that tended to leak. It was not mentioned that Latex was unable to be handled anywhere in the literature You just need to thin out the paint if it isn't coming out correctly. It says in fact that it will do that. For an even pattern, I had to thin the paint so thin that barely covered the wood, and even then there were drips to be found Even with the drips and leaks, I was never able to get an even pattern out of it. How much a waste of time and money this is. As soon as I'm done writing this, I'm taking it back to apologize, and I'm drinking a beer to calm myself down so I don't yell at the Home Depot clerk when I correct it. The cleaning time I save by using my SprayTech is worth it over the time I waste wasting this junk on my work.
