They are decent glides, but the mounting hardware, screws, and bushings for the slotted holes should come with them. It is recommended to install bushings with lip in the slotted holes to eliminate any warping that people are complaining about, as well as to install them at an angle above 70 degrees. The mounting hardware should be included with it, not sold without bushings and screws! To save a few bucks, it would be much better if the mounting hardware was included. There's only one bushing that fits with these, so I have to drill them out and find the right screws, how ridiculous! You will have a real challenge installing them! That is half arsed that they don't even make bushings that you can buy separately!.
This is an easy to install product. It would be nice to see longer lengths of 10' since most sled trailers have a 10' length. My trailer's redecking only took me a couple of weeks. I wonder why I waited so long to install these. My sleds fit easily on the sleds and I can slide them into position quickly. The product is pretty impressive. I just hope it lasts as long as the trailer did.
Although it is easy to install the guides, you must install the stainless screws to secure them. As soon as I completed the install I drove out to the snow to offload the snowmobiles on a sunny, It took me a while to realize how warped the glides had become, how warped every screw was that was keeping them in place. Their dislike of the sun is apparent. There are still four glides I need to drill new holes in. I would get them if I ever wanted a new trailer that needed some protection, but I won't get them if I had only a wood deck.
It is a nice ski guide for a very good price. The package was well packed to avoid damage. From ordering to receiving, they were prompt and efficient. It is easy to install, but you don't get any screws with them. Other sets of ski guides I have purchased did not always come with the stainless steel screws to install them.
A sled can be safely transported in an enclosed trailer with ramps. They do expand on warmer days as a result of the heat.
This is an easy to install product. Great to look at and to use.
I expected exactly what I got. The package was delivered to my front.
I am very happy with the results. This is an easy to install product.
