There is no adhesive included but it does come with screws. With the screws, the mat seems to hold up well, though some will surely need to be replaced over time as carbides or studs hit them. I think adhesive or marine adhesive would work but it would be difficult to remove completely.

The product is excellent, but the measurements on the description are incorrect. There is a difference of only 54" between stating that they are 72" long and actually being 54" long.
