I purchased this snowboard after doing a lot of research. The board looks great, but I'm not sure where to go from here. I would like to address the following major issues. This board is not any wider than my standard Burton Custom even though I ordered the wide version. would also like to add that this board seems to shrink towards the tail and nose instead of growing Despite the fact that it handles poorly at speed and has difficulties holding an edge, the board can be used to make long carvings. According to Salomon the addition of (rubber inserts underfoot) will reduce vibration. However, this feels like a gimmick that does little to reduce vibration. I would only strongly suggest this board to an absolute beginner (at the beginning of their first five trips) due to the profile of the camrock, while the camrock profile is not optimal for beginners, so I don't know who this board would be recommended to. For beginners you can find a better board to learn on for less money, and for anyone who isn't a beginner, this board won't be fast or something you'll even enjoy playing on in a park.
