The product arrived on time with no damage and the boots have been very comfortable. DC customer service was great, though. I regrettably only had these for a short while. Boots that are similar to BOA boots but at the lower end of the price spectrum, they're quite comfortable and snug. Although there was virtually no breakage, the stitching began to come undone after about six weeks of pretty regular use. Perhaps these are better suited to people who ride less frequently than I do. The size 11 was what I picked after reading the comments. There was just the right amount of stretch, and it fit well. The only way it could have been smaller would be by cutting it in half.
This boot is no longer fit for purpose, after using it for a month the metal wire that is used to tighten the boot started ripping away, which means that you can't get an appropriate fit. A very disappointing experience.
