Questions & Answers
The answer is no. The bag material isn't terribly durable, but it is good enough for my trip from Vermont to Seattle. All I had to do was stuff my snow pants and jacket into it and I traveled without a hitch.
In my opinion, yes, as long as the snowboards' size is 150 or more

The answer to question 5 is true.
It would be better to advertise the item as only being usable for one time travel, or to actually make something durable that would handle the sharp edges of a snowboard / ski. This bag was used once to go out of the country and would not be suitable for repeated use. Immediately after use, there are ALL kinds of holes. If you want to use it for one trip only, it is a waste of money.
A previous case that airbag loaders likely damaged during my last flight prompted me to buy this new case. Here's a tip If you want to wrap your snowboard in clothes or towels, do so. A few padding will be provided by you, but you must also make some yourself. You'll be amazed at its size! The ends and middle of your wrap should be protected since those are likely to be the areas where tears will occur.
The bag is made of sturdy material, has sturdy zippers, and is lined with a strong material. There is only one complaint I have, it only comes in 170cm size. Little boarders would benefit from more options if it had them.
This bag is huge! My board would be too big if I used this. The graphic is super cool, however. In fact, I even considered altering it a little so that it would fit my board better, but it would not work since it is designed the way it is. This suitcase has plenty of room to cram in as much gear as you want, but not at all sturdy enough to carry heavy items. The book is going back to the publisher.
We will keep you posted about how it does going through all that. In addition to the great look, it is durable enough, there is no padding, the colors are vibrant, and it is reasonably priced.
There is no additional padding on this board, so as others have pointed out, I wouldn't risk exposing such a valuable item to baggage handlers and the TSA.
