I don't think there's any reason why it shouldn't be done. The bottom isn't too hard; it's similar to the bottoms of other pool floats we own.
On the snow, we dragged it.
Yes! It's great for sledding, but it'd also work well in the pool.
I'm not sure what the maximum weight capacity is, but I know it can handle 220 pounds.

They all happily put on their snow gear, transform into walking marshmallows, and head to the snow hill around the corner from your house. When you arrive at your destination, said children pour out of your Mom's phone, eager to have a good time. In just five minutes- Each of the four children is crying and/or frustrated and defeated. Why, you might ask. Because the dragon's head has deflated to the point where the snow tube is nearly devoid of air. Were they abrasive with it? Nope. Was there any kind of coercion? Nope. On the snowy hill, were there any sharp objects? Nope. 2 1/2 feet of snow, completely white, and this P. It didn't stand up to scrutiny in the slightest. Is it possible that we were given a dud? Eh. No, I doubt it. Why? We got the Elk one because it looked like a reindeer (you know, the one that looks like a reindeer?). ) and that one took about TWO MINUTES to complete. If you enjoy spending 45 minutes getting four kids ready for a fun-filled day of snow sledding on these shoddy little inner tubes, only to have it all come crashing down in five minutes while wiping snot and tears from their little faces? Buying this is a no-brainer.
It only took one run down a powdery Vermont hill to deflate the freaking think. The patch kit was included, but I can't seem to locate the hole. It ripped at one of the seams, I'm pretty sure. I'm having trouble getting my refund as well. After one descent down a hill, it's basically useless. Isn't it true that it deflated as it descended? It wasn't a rock or anything sharp because there was at least 10" of fresh powder. If you don't want to go sledding, this is the item to purchase. Trash with a capital S!.
Inflates and deflates frequently. Before you have to blow it up again, you have about 45 minutes of sledding. It was a huge let down. And because they were brand new and we were using them for the first time, I would not recommend them.
They held up well when we went sledding a few days later. I was concerned about my husband continuing with the children, but it was able to support him and the children. What a fantastic purchase!.
Because we had recently received some snow, I was very excited about this product and opened it right away to inflate it. After inflating it with an electric pump and taking it outside, it began to deflate and go flat within the first minute - The flamingo head is separate from the actual tube on which you sit. I took it back inside to check for holes, user error, and other issues, but there was not a single one. If we ever did find a hole, it came with a seal patch, but this is now our biggest mystery for December 2020: ) The design, on the other hand, is extremely adorable - Flamingos are one of my favorite things in the world.
My eight-year-old granddaughter used it once to go down a fluffy snow hill, and when she got to the bottom, the handle ripped right off it. I do not recommend it.
It wasn't a long conversation. This is adorable, but after 45 minutes of playing in the snow with it, it popped. The head was also never properly inflated because the valve was not made or centered correctly.
However, once it was inflated, I was astounded at how quickly it moved! In Michigan, I grew up on a variety of sleds. I had never used an inflatable before, so I was skeptical, but I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and enjoyable it was! It's big enough for me to sit on and sled with my toddler; he loved it!.
