Questions & Answers

What is the inside valve where the air enters it because the valve was missing when I tried to inflate it for the first time and it may have gone inside it?

Hello! We're sorry to hear that your Snow Tube is missing a valve. If you would like one, please contact Bestway USA.

What is the maximum weight that can be carried while riding?

I bought this for my 13-year-old grandson, who weighs around 145 pounds, and he liked it so much that he still has it a year later. I'm not sure what it'll hold as a limit. I hope you found this information useful.

What is the best way to inflate a balloon?

To inflate, I have a battery-powered device. In addition, you'll need a hybrid vehicle to plug it into.

What is the shape of the bottom? Is it donut-shaped or completely flat?

It has a flat bottom.

Snow tube that is both large and reasonably priced
5/5

ASAER, Wleopard, and A-type are all larger than ASAER, Wleopard, and A-type. Tubes made by DUDU. Additionally, it is less costly. When deflated, the balloon measures 50" in diameter, but once inflated, it measures approximately 44" in diameter. Sill large enough to accommodate a child or an adult while sledding down the hill. Any snow hill with a trail sled down it will slide nicely. Same non- As with all of the cheaper tubes, the tube is made of reinforced welded vinyl, so don't expect it to be super rigid when inflated. At the same time, getting as much air pressure into these tubes as possible is the key. Because air tends to contract when it comes into contact with cold air, it's critical to add a small amount of air (easy to do by mouth) at the top of the snow hill before your first descent. The more rigid the tube, the smoother the ride!.

Don't buy if you don't want to slide! My parents purchased these for three children after we relocated from Florida
5/5

When the first snow fell, they were ecstatic to go sledding. I inflated them and took them to the hill, but they wouldn't slide; I tried inflating them more, but they still wouldn't slide; I feel terrible that my mother spent money on three of these. Mom was in tears because her grandchildren were disappointed, and her Christmas present had been a waste. I tried them again today with even more inflation (thinking maybe we could get them to go with a little cooking spray), but they still didn't work. The cover is the issue, but without it, there is nothing to hold on to and the situation would be dangerous. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THINGS YOU DON'T NEED.

Hole- (With the exception that this isn't a golf tournament)
3/5

It was a huge letdown. Daughter was overjoyed to receive this for Christmas, but we discovered a round hole in the bottom before we could use it. It is, without a doubt, returning. The fabric has a very thin feel to it. I doubt it would withstand the test of time.

After two uses, the balloon has deflated and is no longer holding air
3/5

I would strongly advise you to buy a different tube because it deflated after two uses and no longer holds air. It was not subjected to any difficult conditions.
