After reading the reviews, I decided to give them a try because they were highly rated for durability and ease of use. The bungie cords (elastic cords with hooks on the end) and velcro straps I had used to secure my bikes on the bike rack for long trips were ineffective. Those awful bungie cords can now rest in peace, and I can reduce my dependence on velcro straps. Voile straps are an easy way to secure a wheel in place and are easy to use. It should be safe to use these straps anywhere that bungie cords might be necessary. I am very happy with my.

A stretchy fabric cannot be used

This is stated as " stretch polyurethane ". Not at all. It is, in essence, an extremely rigid strap that is devoid of any elasticity at all. It is useless for the majority of applications.

It is a multi-purpose strap that is easy to use. The cord I am wrapping is currently missing its rubber strap, so I am using it to wrap that up. This product is cool and simple.

The plastic buckles are available in two sizes I have no problem with that

In my opinion, the 12 inch size is great for car roof racks since it doesn't have a long tail to slap the roof of the car the skis are on.
