I'm 5'11" and weigh 168 pounds, so I purchased a medium. If you don't want it to be too tight, I'd recommend an XXL. The medium isn't too snug, but it's also not too loose. These shirts appeal to me greatly. If you'd like, I can send you a picture of the fit.

My husband is a 3x, and the t-shirt fits him perfectly. Too tight a shirt. I'd suggest going with 3x.
I'd recommend a different brand altogether, but if you must have these, go for the large size. They don't compress at all; a regular tank top provides more compression.

I've been anticipating your arrival. To review this item, you must wait three months after purchase: br>My height and weight are 6'2" and 215 pounds, respectively. These compression undershirts are comfortable for me to wear. I don't consider myself to be in need of compression. shirt of a certain type I don't have to deal with any 'gut'. I have a bad back, and I prefer the overall support they provide. br>After purchasing (1) three packs of the white/XL and (2) three packs of the black/XL, I can confidently state that the black colored shirts provide more support, and that the black colored shirts are the best in terms of support. br>In terms of sizing, an XL was perfect for me. I was a little concerned about ordering the correct size after reading some reviews, but everything turned out fine. I don't think these undershirts would be adequate if you have a large gut that needs to be sucked in [by the shirt], but they do provide good support. br>I highly recommend these undershirts, as they have performed just as well (if not better) than some of the 'name brands. '.
Very soft against the skin, especially when exercising and sweating profusely. Will purchase additional items.
It's a nice tight fit, and the elasticity is great, so it's not uncomfortable, as shown in the photo. Even though the materials are extremely light, they can become warm if you move around a lot. Great for going to the gym and not stretching out, as well as going out on a non-cold day. If you have a slim waist, this shirt may rise a little higher on you; if you are more rounded, it will hug tightly around the bottom of your belly. I would recommend this to slim/athletic and bodybuilder friends because it is a fit tank that shows off the body.
I like these tank tops and would buy them again, but I only gave them four stars because the compression is very light. Because they're snug, the light weight fabric is likely to be the cause of the lack of compression. Because this is a base layer, it's nice that it doesn't trap body heat, but since it's marketed as a compression shirt, it should probably perform better. br>While many reviews suggested ordering a size up or down, I ordered my usual size (US Large, 42/44), and it fits well for a compression shirt; if you prefer a looser fit, size up.
br>Make sure you order the correct size when ordering, as it is easy to confuse an American size with a foreign country size, which is typically smaller.
I've recently lost a lot of weight and was looking for something to help keep my "Flab" in place, and these are perfect. I usually wear a 2XL, but after reading other reviews, I decided to go with an XL, which fit perfectly and were nice and snug. You won't find a higher-quality compression tank for less money than these. In addition, this bundle includes three items. I strongly advise.
I bought the style 1 two years ago and was very pleased with the sleek fit, the smooth textured material, and the price. Then I decided to order the style 802 because I really wanted the white a-line skirt. I was dissatisfied with the feel of this fabric. In comparison to style 1, it does not breathe well, and it has an odd mesh fabric along the spine that is both uncomfortable and irritating. I wish I could return it for a refund, but one of the shirts has already been worn and worked out in, so it will be donated.
Fits fine as an undershirt, but not as tight as a compression shirt; loose around the stomach, but tight on top. Would be hesitant to buy one size smaller as it may be too tight on top. br>br>42" chest w/ 34" waist. br>br>42" chest w/ 34" waist. br>br>42" chest w/ 34" waist. br>br>42" chest w/ 34 It depends on your goal, but if "hiding your gut" is your goal, this shirt isn't for you. It's okay for the gym, but not much else.
