Does this rack mount to the back of a pontoon boat if it has an aflat surface?

You will be able to fit your boat if its tube size is the right one. I appreciate you taking the time to read this. It can be fitted to a width of 2", 1 7/8" and 1 7/8" for the first two and 2 for the second. It is 5" in width. Thanks for your kind words.

Is there a way to rotate this rack inside the boat while docking (so you can access all angles)?

There is no pivot feature on these racks.

Adding a wakeboard tower to your property will add some value. In order to fit my 2012 Yamaha AR190, an additional rubber gasket was necessary. So far, it seems to be very durable. metallic paint finish is close enough to match the brushed aluminum finish of my tower for it to look right at home. There are no instructions, but assembly is easy enough to figure out.

I had a stripped bolt hole the day I installed the piece

My first impression of the product was that it seemed high quality however, upon removing it from the wake tower, one of the mounting bolts stripped out and it almost completely separated from the bar. It was mounted back up with some longer bolts that I found. It's still been too long since I took the boat out and yet I can't recall whether it stayed.

Despite everything I tried, I couldn't get that rack to stay put. The mount rotated every time we took the boat out and lead to the boards hitting the tower whenever we took it out.

This was for our Bayliner wake tower that we purchased aftermarket and it fits the description

A good fit on the tower and holds a knee board, skis, or wakeboard when required (not when all three are used at once).

Another piece of junk from China

These are such a pile of garbage! So the screws cannot be installed since the coating covers the screw holes but does not cover the hole. In total, I was able to put in 3 out of 7 screws.
