than- My taller-than-average 5-year-old is wearing a size 8 shoe. than- Both are skinny 8-year-olds. My 5-year-old was a perfect fit, but my 8-year-old's sleeves were too short. Width- In terms of fit, I'd say both are slim, but not overly so. If your child is looking for a tight, performance fit, look no further. Although we have only used it a few times, the quality and weight of the fabric appears to be satisfactory. If the rashguards don't last much longer, I'll post an update. Use of saltwater (which is what we do most of the time) is referred to as "saltwater use. ".
We're reordering in size 14 because I have a 14-year-old who is an average size. (The style and logo appeal to my son. ) ) Perhaps the product sizing has changed since that reviewer left a comment. It's not running small in April of 2015. It's a good fit.
These rashguards for my boys came at an excellent price. These are well-made and should perform admirably. The proportions appear to be reasonable. These aren't meant to be used on the skin. tight, which is fine for kids who want to swim for fun. Great for our purpose, which is simply to protect ourselves from the sun while swimming. in terms of competition It is highly recommended.
br>Please keep in mind that it is quite large. This is a size 4 on a 6 year old boy (nearly 7 years old) who normally wears a size 5/6 or 6/7. If you want a snug but perfect fit, go down a size. Recommended! br>br>.
I went up a size in the hopes that my son would be able to grow into it. It ended up running a little small and now fits him almost too snugly. I don't mean "snug," but rather "small," as in the length of your arm and shirt. Don't forget to think about it. To ensure a proper fit, order one size up.
My 7-year-old is quite large, so I purchased an 8 for him, which fit him like a glove. I gave it to my 5-year-old, who is quite large, and it was a perfect fit for him. They didn't like being skintight, so they've loosened up a little. Very good quality.
I purchased a size 6 for my 45-pound, 47-inch boy. It's a little slouchy, but not excessively so. But I think it's perfect because I didn't want it to be too tight or too loose. I'd like to purchase a larger size so that he can continue to grow on it over the next 18 months. The disadvantage is that it is a very popular item; I saw two other boys wearing it.
This is a much better rash guard than the ones I usually buy for my kids, which seem to thin out and sag after a few months of use. It will provide excellent UV protection for my children's skin. The fit is perfect for me. This is something I'm going to buy again.
