The board arrived quickly as well. Having a tow rope hook on the board is particularly useful when teaching people how to kneeboard. Since the first-time boarders are not trying to hold onto the rope, they can concentrate more on getting up on the board. Even while we were strapped in, the rope was left on the hook. In the first attempt, my son bailed out of the board, and the rope stayed tangled in the board. Fins integrated into the body of the boat provide an amazing level of maneuverability and cutting abilities. It's great to have such good padding. There is very little slippage and it feels very comfortable to wear. It was one of the most fun days of my life. I'm 57 years old, and I hadn't been on a board in over 30 years, yet we spent all day by the water with this thing, and we got right back on the water the next day. A great way to have fun with the family!.
There is a nice amount of buoyancy in this kneeboard. The board has been used by a variety of people with varying skill levels, and everyone has been pleased with its performance. Our family has also used this board to show two seven year olds how to kneeboard. We are happy we bought it. It's fun for adults to ride aggressively, and a blast for the kids to play on.
This is my first kneeboard in ten years, and I'm very pleased with how well it works. Having a hook is a nice feature for me as a boater who is over 50 years old Take a moment to get up and situated before you press the button. As a first-timer, my 11 year old daughter also had no problem getting up on the board on her first attempt since the hook made it easy for her. Please take care It is easy to pinch your fingers between the handle and the hook if you are not careful and that hurts like hell. Even though the hook is smooth and not likely to harm you during a fall, it is easy to pinch your fingers like this. The only thing I dislike about this board is that the grooves and fins are molded in to the board, so it is hard to do 180s and 360s as the board wants to follow the current of the water.
Everyone in the class up to and including 5 years old moved up on their first Getting the rope off the hook was a little tricky for the younger ones. A great thing about this board is they had a positive first experience! It is a great starter board, but for more advanced sliders, it will be challenging to hang on to the rope when you cut hard because of the zero-depth that the board rides in. Hanging on to the rope will take more effort and you will tire.
We were able to get up easily on it, but not as happy as we would have been on a fiberglass board. There's no way this board will feel like a fiberglass board if you've ever ridden Initially, I thought this would be a good one, but the plastic makes it drag more. You feel that drag in your arms and hands. As compared to fiberglass, it takes longer for it to cross a wake. This is not a quick process. It took one try for me to return.
For the price I paid I think it's a good value for the money compared to other products out there. A lot of fun can be had knee boarding! However, it is not so easy as it appears to be! It takes a little getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, it's a blast. I'm a big dude and I can easily fit in here. The width of the room is wide enough for my friend and me, who are 6'4 and 240 pounds respectively. My biggest worry was that as soon as I bought it, I would be too big, but this fits Customers happy with their purchase.
Not only is the design a great beginner kneeboard, it also makes it a fun board for people who already know what they're doing. bought this because it was easier than wakeboarding or wake surfing, which are pretty difficult and time consuming activities. It has been very easy for everyone who has tried it to pick up riding it and have a great time doing it.
When we first took it out, they got up and successfully ran around the lake a few times. Since then, we've been taking it out once a week. Hooks on the front are a huge plus for younger kids, especially those without the strength of upper body.
