11.9 mm is the final measurement of the mine. If you put Velcro on the back of your Ipad, it would barely fit, but if you don't use the corner tabs, it wouldn't fit at all
I don't know which husband you are referring to, but originally the FOR102 kneeboard was designed to hold the iPad when it was first released. can be attached to any tablet due to the included Velcro strips that cling to the tablet and secure it in place.
It seems that way to me Currently, I wear the support on my right leg, but it would be comfortable on your left, too.
In essence, yes, since they lay on top or are clipped into the clipboard. The rings will hold the documents as they lie on top and are held down by the clear band that holds the document in place.

A great price for a top-quality product that I use for flying Old Warbirds with minimal electronic equipment and space. By using this method, I can easily write in the layer and flip it back to use my Galaxy Pro. Ideally suited to the 10, it is just the right size. Nice keepers on 1 of them. It would be nice if you could use a Mini iPad or a smaller Android tablet. If you wanted this to work, you would probably have to put Velcro on the back. Having a seat that is angled a bit more than in a standard aircraft really works well for me when I fly my Long EZ. Please take note Considering that I have short legs and this is around 12 inches long, just a good part of my thigh is covered.
1) The elastic that holds the iPad corners in place stretches when it is laying on My iPad fell out on more than one occasion during a flight. The device became too dangerous in my opinion
2) The device is too big for general aviation, in my opinion
It really is a shame. I appreciate the design, functionality, and pockets on the device. The kneeboard had to be replaced.
I just haven't been PIC, so I will update my review when I am.
After reflecting on that, the first impression is made with quality, is ergonomic, is practical, and is You can rely on this one if you run into it while looking. Because it is made of a rugged zipper, I love the fact that I can remove the clipboard area. What I consider to be my The size 5 iPad Pro fits well, but it is difficult to access the volume or power buttons on the side and the corners hinder a full view. When using ForeFlight, you may get a bit on the way. It may be beneficial to use I come back to stay away from It turned out that I ended up using the "cell phone pocket" as a battery pack instead - I love that it works. I would prefer to have pen holders that were horizontal so I could just leave them there instead, I stuffed pens and pencils into the pocket. In order to keep my Apple Pencil close at hand, I am attaching a pen holder to the iPad, so that it can be left there and easily accessed. Using foam chalks can be very comfortable and convenient. A great product all in all.
There should be a choice between routing the zip or not if the FLIP strap has a routing option. There are also some loose parts, including a pen holder and leg strap. I'm not a little person, and the leg strap is as tight as it gets and feels loose at the same time. It would be hard to hold the iPad Pro 11 with the corner straps from the corner straps only if it had Velcro. My solution was to buy a lear back style case and attach some velcro to It works very well. In general, it isn't a bad game, but there are a few things I would change. If you do not need a large knee board, then I would not recommend this.
There must be some reason why I thought it was sized for a mini iPad. I'm not sure it is. Despite flying a 206 not being a cramped plane, it still gets in the way at times, and ForeFlight gets wiped out as my hand or forearm gets in the way. You would probably have better results with a stick-control plane rather than a yoke control plane. I like the secure strap, the wedge is comfortable, and the pocket is convenient.
I ordered this kneeboard for the third time and it is by far the best. I'm using an iPad Pro 11inch iPad. The only thing I did was to get a cheap thin ipad case that will hold the ipad pencil like others have. The only downside is that I can't get the kneeboard to fit on my leg tightly enough. It came with two additional pieces of velcro that I used to attach my ipad to the kneeboard. In order to make the strap more secure, I am considering sewing additional velcro on the strap. My only complaint is that I couldn't find a kneeboard that was large enough to fit my 11inch iPad without.
It is not possible to use the phone pouch with the *Not made for a mini iPad, but for a full size iPad. It cannot be removed from the clear strap that surrounds it and holds papers. I think it looks good, but the design isn't exactly what I was looking for.
Hard to install because you will need Velcro strips on the iPad or another case to stick it to the knee board.
The fact that I bought this as a gift and it was missing the key feature I was looking for is such a shame, since the gift I bought this for is for Father's Day. It holds an iPad on an elastic band. There was no corner elastic as described in the description for the knee board I got. In the end, it is merely an overreaction This kneeboard cannot hold an iPad because of its price. You should beware of a buyer.
