In 18 years of competitive hockey I have never waxed the blade of my stick. Since the wax lasts for a very long time, I'll be able to save a lot of money on hockey cloth tape due to its durability. I have three times as long of a tape job as I usually do. The air was filled with a pleasant scent during practice and games as well as very little snow build up. You can grip the stick with both hands.

When applied to a soft surface For my first time on a board in 67F seawater, I had the top foamie. Coat applied in a single layer. In my wetsuit at that temperature, the water made it nearly impossible for me to slide around the deck.
