Can you tell me how long the racks are?

Rust is not a problem for Rax. UV rated high quality foam padding comes standard on all surf racks as well as no rust stainless steel hardware. Surfaces of wall panels are coated with corrosion-resistant colors.

For the last two summers I have two of these racks in my garage - they're good quality and very affordable - They are a fantastic product. I thought I had to anchor them into studs when I bought them, but the installation guidance says you can anchor them in drywall. Currently, I've got three 9' longboards (plus two shortboards) in one rack, and the screws anchored into drywall are holding well.

Would it be possible to turn this storage into a SUP storage unit if the pegs were taken out so only three stand in?

I think this rack is great. The current inventory of mine holds 5 boards ranging in size Getting it assembled was easy, the screws held securely, and it looked My only complaint is that the boards aren't secure to the wall and fall off when the weather gets warmer. The boards are just leaning, which is fine, but if they are bumped or if there is an earthquake (as in California), the big boards will most likely fall. As a result, I drilled a little hole into the tip of each strut and screwed in little eye screws to prevent this from happening in the future Those are the hooks, and then I hook bungie cords between them to hold the boards in place.

I like it, but I have a request You might want to check your Thank you for this rack - I'm very happy with it The board rack is large enough to hold all sizes of boards (I have two 5'8 boards, a 7'6 board, and two 9's), and it feels solid as well as sturdy

I only have one complaint about the rack the capacity is actually one less than described For the rack to hold the maximum of six boards, you need to put it in a corner so the sixth board can be placed in the space between the wall and a support (the rack only holds five boards). The foamie can lean wherever it is needed (I only have five boards in need of a rack, so this works for us).

It is easy to The material is a good fit for all surfboard sizes (long and short). Boards are intended to be stored vertically on this shelf. About 20 minutes or so were required for installation. This board rack attaches to the wall (it does not need to go into studs), and it works well with a rug or mat to store up to seven When placed next to a wall, it can be used to store 7 boards on the wall. The height of the installation can be varied to support either short boards or long boards. A bungee cord can be attached through the holes. This is a much better apparatus than any wooden one.

Wall rack of great quality

Intended to work this way. Installs easily and is easy to put together. There is no cushion on the back board, and that is my only complaint about this product. The pegs are padded to protect the board. As a result of adding padding to my boards, I am very pleased with the result.
