Questions & Answers

The two sides of the house have both dropped over the past 24 hours. There is no leak that I can hear or see. Why does this seem to be happening?

These tiny leaks exist, but they are so small that they are unavoidable, and the only thing that can be done about them is to top up your kayak's inflation whenever you use it. As a bicycle tire, it looks like a fancy one.

How do I know if the kayak includes a paddle and seat?

Taking an interest in Sea Eagle Boats is a great idea. In the picture, you can see that the SE330 Pro Solo Package includes a paddle, DKS seat, carrybag, foot pump, and repair kit. Definitely one of the best kayaks around!

Is the product shipped in the My son would like to receive this as a gift. ?

As soon as it ships from the company, it comes with its entire contents and a bag for storage. I have a sister who loves kayaking and I do too. Together, we placed the order.

How long does it take for this to Can it fit in the trunk of a car to be transported?

Fold up this kayak very tightly to fit into a small space. In addition to a wheelchair, and my running carrier, I can easily fit two in my van. In our triathlons with both able-bodied and disabled athletes, we use both. The Sea Eagle has been a great purchase for me.

UPS delayed delivery from it's promised day to last week, but I managed to get my new kayak on the earliest promise day. I took it to the lake on Sunday and set it up there. Overall, I thought it was fairly easy. consider myself to be far from an expert on mechanical matters. As a woman of middle age with only minimal technical skills, I lack the needed experience. To put it simply, there is nothing difficult about getting this thing into the water. Once all the rings were in place, it took me less than 10 minutes to inflate it. Getting the upgraded seat was important to me because I didn't want to find myself paddling with an aching back and nothing I could It convinced me to read the reviews. That was a great experience for me. Since I didn't want my dog to slip around, I put a towel down in front of him. He was perfectly comfortable on the towel. The Seafair Sunday which I chose to embark on my maiden voyage was for some strange reason the best day. I know it won't make much sense to those of you not from Seattle, but please believe me, this could not have been a busier day for me. It was the north side of Lake Union that I left from. My experience in an inflatable kayak was initially disconcerting as I had never done anything like that before. Since it moves with the water instead of cutting through it at first, it felt a bit "tippy. " After all, 2 minutes later, I got used to it. All you need to do is It took me two hours to paddle through the Montlake Cut (stupid, stupid, stupid), where I passed or was passed by roughly It is part of the Cut connecting Lake Union to Lake Washington, where the UW rowers compete. As the water is narrow, there are a lot of boats churning it. There's no super fast kayak here, and it isn't like a sea kayak in any way, but it isn't sluggish Efforts to make it more stable are being made. A boat like this is unlikely to swamp you. While we did take a turn through the arboretum (see above picture), the water was smooth as glass and handled beautifully, even though the wind pushed us around a bit due to the smooth surface. At last, we reached the landing zone. It was easy and quick to deflate the rings just unscrew the Draining the water, drying it off, and rolling it up, I let it dry. The first time I went out, I paddled hard for most of the first hour and a half and was tired, but not exhausted. A better paddle would probably be better for more frequent use, but the paddle that came with the boat was sufficient for me and my dog. The size of the boat was perfect for me and my dog. Caleb weighs about 55 pounds and I am not very tall (5'4"), so we fit in the back easily with a dry bag tucked in. In my mind, this wouldn't be a good kayak for a second person. The bow and stern are so narrow that you wouldn't have a lot of room for a second adult or teenager (if you are small and short). Go for the Sea Eagle 370 if you want a double bed as it gives you an extra foot of space. It seems to be a great kayak for an entry level user thus far. The more often I use it, the more updates I will make.

This kayak is great for new users it's sturdy and comfortable A backpack is needed for this child

My short description is that this kayak is sturdy and stable, and it works well under the conditions it was designed for, and I don't regret purchasing it at all. Kayaks rated at 500 lbs can be a challenge for heavy individuals, especially if you are on the heavier side. I am writing an extended version of the following The third inflatable I have made We already own a Sevlyor Quickpak, an Intex K1, and now this While I'm too new to know for sure, I assume that these "cheaper" inflatables are not going to be as fast and accurate as hard shells. Having a quiet time in nature is what I like to do as I like to putter along. During the past weekend, three hard shell kayaks in rentals blew by me, as I was boarding my Sea Eagle. It would be no exaggeration to say I am not My experience with the Intex was quite disappointing, as it was rated for a lower maximum weight and just felt flimsy in comparison This is especially true after This year, I've invested so much in the Sea Eagle. Among the advantages I could fit comfortably in the Sea Eagle 330 for shorter people since it is sturdy and spacious. The stability seems to be good. There seems to be a fair amount of quality in the paddle, but it may be a bit short. Inflation is demanding but it's manageable. Despite its smaller size, the 330 is pretty roomy for shorter people. Dual valves make deflation a breeze due to their quick release. I find the dryness of the material to be fast, and if inflated it is fast to clean. The cons are I would like to nitpick here There are so many kayak pictures with people paddling along without gear that all of them appear happy. That's not right. The list of things I carry is rather long, starting with an extra paddle, a bilge pump, an extra air pump (intex), a small med kit, and a variety of This is not the case with the Sevylor, which has multiple holes It doesn't have ring attachments all along the kayak or an Intex cargo net, so the only points of attachment are at the front and the The number of D- will not increase Due to the stretchy nature of the PVC, the rings should be attached to the 330 according to the instructions. In the end, I used orange lanyards (Amazon) to clip everything in, kind of like a Halloween costume. It hurt my tailbone after about an hour on the Pro seat. Using a 19 inch inflatable cushion from SUNSHINEMALL(Amazon) under the Pro seat seemed to fix the problem, as well as deflating the seat a little bit Try using a cheap backrest with the seat (also try using an inexpensive seat cushion). As well, the valves are too small for the rings that attach them to the kayak In addition, I broke one of them while loading them onto the kayak. The plastic is stiff and horrible In light of this, I now carry the valves separately in a bag, hoping they don't get lost. Included in the price is nothing extra. There are good valves, but they aren't as nice as those on the Intex raft, which are the same valves which they used on theirs. In my opinion, the worst thing about the weight is the size. There might be something wrong with me. It features a single strap that attaches to the duffel They must be kidding, I think. One reviewer noted that if you add the weight of the kayak and other gear, the weight can reach 40lbs. Quite often, people are dragging a lot of weight at the end of the day to get to a parking lot at the end of a long day, or across the beach by the end of the day. Rather than a backpack, this should have been. I had a hard time stuffing the kayak into the bag as well. As an alternative, I have decided to try using a C- instead You can pull the cart for kayaks so at the end of the day you can drag them to the car and deflate them. Intex (great valves and cargo net) and the Sevylor Quikpak (clever design with a backpack that converts to a seat and skirt comfortable and sturdy.
But with a few tweaks and a few extra parts, I was able to get a pretty good experience The stability and maximum carrying weight I wanted are provided, as well as durability and comfort. Skegs that are shorter don't have any trouble in shallow water like those that are longer. Being a shorter person, there is plenty of space for me. Wavelets just bounce on top of each other. Everything seems to be going well so far There is even the possibility of picking up a second Kayaking is certainly an activity that would appeal to older people getting into kayaking, and the 330 is a fantastic choice amongst the cheaper In addition to taking it out on sheltered bays, slow rivers, and lakes, which is what its design calls for, I also use it on lakes and rivers. Additionally, there is room for all my gear, There is no way of knowing how much wind will affect It is buoyant yet stable, so its buoyancy may be some.
