As much as I've used it with a second person, I've also used it solo. You can sit in the back seat, but get it repositioned forward just a bit to make it more stable.
There might be a little too much space for one person in this. It would be difficult to paddle if you are not experienced. Even with the short paddles that are provided, you wouldn't be able to have much control over the kayak.
My level of experience with it is beginner, but it is enjoyable for me.

My kayak kept getting punctured every time it passed over a rock, and I couldn't help but wonder if that would be the one. In spite of rocks, rapids, and calm water, I was shocked and delighted by the performance of the kayak. Although I didn't feel the rocks on my butt, I certainly knew when I was going over them and scraping against them. Despite all the rocks I went over, the kayak showed no signs of When I fold it up, it fits nicely into the bag it came in, with enough room for my life jacket on top. It is a great product and not as fragile as you might imagine an inflatable to be.
The inflatable was fully inflated in 15 minutes, and it was in the water within a few When I inflated the different sections, the included pump was so effective that I couldn't believe it. I found it to be not in the least unstable in the water Even with two people and a third being towed behind us on a float, the boat couldn't keep up. I asked everyone about their favorite part of the trip after we arrived home and got piled into our car and started driving home and everyone said the kayaking! This was an excellent win, and we're excited to go back and do it again.
A few years ago, we were camping with some friends and rented a two-wheeler to go with it A hard kayak that holds two people. I was completely blown away by this Compared to the hard kayak, the down kayak is easier to use and is preferred by children and parents alike. It was so much easier for me to transport the soft kayak to the lake than the hard kayak, since I have a bad back. It was also easy to transport, easy to inflate, and easy to get into the water because the inflatable was so light. We used the paddles on the paddleboard that we rented as well as the kayak that we rented. For the price, I find this product to be a steal, and I highly recommend it!.
It literally took me less than 10 minutes to set up from start to finish. Taking it down and packing it up was even quicker. If you plan on deflating your kayak, make sure to bring a towel or other material to dry it once it has been cleaned and take the time to let it sit after cleaning (before packing it up dry). As far as comfort goes, for the price point, it's fine. However, adding an additional person in to the kayak can make you spend more time straddling your legs around the person sitting in front of you. To put it another way, I am a bigger guy who stands at 6'2" and weighs 250 pounds. I am able to do it, but I am not as comfortable as I would like to be. A little side note sometimes when I am alone, I bury myself in my neighbor's garden and pretend I'm a carrot, but please do not tell her about that. The other thing I found difficult about this kayak, since it is a sit-in inflatable one, is using the oars steadily at any kind of A combination of being a fat person and having crappy oars may have contributed to this effect (I am fat), as well as weight shifting. It did happen that I decided to order an inflatable sit-on-top kayak for this adventure since I enjoyed being on the water in the kayak so much. All in all, it's a great starter kayak for people who lack the space and time to carry a 10 foot hard body kayak around. When you camp or just want to go out on the water with your family, this is a cheap buy that adds a new dynamic to your family's It would be a good idea. I am sincerely grateful for your kind assistance, carrot.
We chose this kayak over a hard kayak since both of us have shoulder issues, which is why we did not It is easy to set up and take down, and it is much more portable.
Just took it on its It handled well, and was incredibly simple to set up and take down. I expected the quality to be lower at a price point similar to this. It only has one significant flaw for me the back support. It does not apply to the kayak, but to my back. It will take me some time to figure it out. My son loved his, too. I bought two of these and gave them to him. The driver had no issues, though we took it out on a calm lake so it's hard to say how it would perform on a more turbulent river. It was easy to empty the water that had entered from getting in and out several times due to a convenient drain plug at the back. Note that it comes with it unplugged. Make sure it is closed before you take it out of the box. I'd say this is a great deal in terms of quality.
Kayaks like this are hard to come by at this price, and as a result they are far more durable and more reliable than I had anticipated. There is no way to mount it on heavy rapids or massive waves This is not an excellent method for river travel, but it is good for trips on lakes and ponds. Several times now, we have not experienced any issues with it. Is easy to inflate and uses the included pump to inflate. The paddles work well. It is undoubtedly one of the most popular boards out there. It has a maximum weight capacity of 350 It's a great value for the price.
I found it to be great for the price.
The functionality was excellent. A lake that could hold up to five rambunctious kids. It was easy to use the hand pump. The gear might not be up to the task of There is a chance to improve the seats, so I deducted a star. As a result, they did not offer support, as well as moving.
