As a 6'3" male, I can sit up on the raised seat for hours at a time. I find the Pescador very stable compared to the prior version that Standing in this yak is a no-go for me, my height making standing tough. Sitting in it is quite enjoyable though.

It isn't a good idea to use the rod holders to actively fish (live bait, etc. ), but they are adequate to hold the rods while you paddle. There is no better seat in the house!
