Upon contacting Pelican, they informed me that kayaks are not available from them. The reason I contacted Amazon is that I am not sure how that is possible. The caller refunded me in part and I accepted the refund right away. Apart from that hiccup, my love for this kayak is undimmed. Another 36lbs of weight makes it easy to carry.
