The balloon tires I bought were a birthday gift for my 16-year-old handicapped son, so I was happy with them. His new beach chair has these tires, and he can push it along the sand without a hassle!.
The items on this page are junk. It will not hold air and is plastic. Avoid it at all costs. 3 pounds of PSI is the recommended pressure. A total of $70 was spent. It took me some time to mount them on my fishing cart and I spent nearly $100 on Once I had finished, I made sure I had air in them and thought I was ready to fly. Two of the tires were flat the following day. These wheels are made of cheep plastic and do not have rubber. It was a bad deal for me. In the meantime, they are buried somewhere in a landfill. They work better than the originals since I replaced them with wheels from a free junk riding lawnmower.
Among the needs we had for our son was a chair that would traverse sand, dirt, grass, and so forth. The chair we wanted to buy was so far behind the manufacturing timeline that we were unable to buy it, so we had to make do In order to change out the tires on his adult stroller, we bought two sets of these tires. He welded new forks for me, and they are working just fine! For now we are happy with this chair but will purchase the other one when it becomes available.
product arrived in a timely manner and met the description. I even included a hand pump I hadn't even considered. One problem is that I don't have a tire pressure gauge that is accurate enough to read the low tire pressure they suggest. Despite this, however. Tire pressure gauges do not act as a fault. They simply reflect the way things are.
With regard to this item, I am very satisfied. I purchased it as part of a beach cart.
Had to make a new axle ($12 at Lowes) to make it work as a beach cart.
My beach fishing cart worked great. The wheels did a great job. The plastic that I used was lined with brass to prevent it from wearing away.
They could not It is a horrible experience to deal with.
