Questions & Answers

When a child is 6 years old, 48 inches tall, 50 pounds, what size should he be?

It seems to have a large footprint. The wetsuit that my daughter wears is a size 3T, since she is 39 inches tall and 35 pounds. Despite her age, she is a very tall and thin woman. Please let me know if this was helpful

In what sense is fluidflex foam used? Neoprene is warm, but is it as warm? Neoprene is there a greater degree of flexibility? The shorty I want to buy for my kids should be soft, warm and comfortable. ?

It's a thin version of neoprene that is more flexible, and I thought it was A bathing suit with this material is definitely warmer than a regular bathing suit, however, it all depends on what you want to use Our pool was heated for lap swimming (about 79F) so we used it for swim lessons since it can be cold for 3 yr old swim classes. We were able to solve the problem with it. His comfort led him to look out of the window more often than other kids, especially on a cool or windy day. The full wetsuit version was actually necessary for my niece, as she needed to stay warm during The jacket is definitely warmer than a swimsuit, and it is so easy to wear!

The 6 year old in my family is slim and slender Her height and weight are 44 inches and 40 pounds, respectively. Would it be better to get her a smaller size?

A 3T would have been the perfect size for my daughter but she is a tiny 39 inches tall and 40 pounds. Please accept my sincere thanks for your help.

The little girl I have is just a few months old. Her weight is only 26 pounds for a girl of 3 years old. Is it better for me to get her a smaller or larger size? In addition, my son is 2 years old and weighs 28 pounds. Interested in knowing what size would work ?

A person's height, chest size, and weight are all factors to consider Take measurements around the waist. The link to the chart I found can't be included here, but you can try looking at the This is evolution. Go to www.oneill.com/ Toys for kids Based solely on weight, they may both be a size 1 based on the size chart. The other metrics, especially height, would be taken into account, too. A toddler's skinny body is kept warm to the maximum
5/5

It's worth the money for this wetsuit. This is a perfect gift for a skinny kid! As soon as he was out of the pool, my skinny toddler started to shiver severely. The weather was so bad that I thought about canceling swim lessons. purchased this as well as a Speedo kids suit after researching on Amazon. I believe the material on this one to be thicker and the quality to be higher. As a result, I believe higher prices are justified. In addition, he is skinny and most clothes tend to be loose on him, so this O'Neill is more suitable for A wetsuit is supposed to be snug and this one does feel snug on the legs but has a bit of open space on the worried it might not do as good of a job as this one does. In the evening, my toddler no longer shivers after he's been in the pool. I finish dressing my other child and then get to him, because he is nice and warm. In fact, he stays warm until I As soon as I remove this wetsuit, he begins to shiver slightly. Besides my toddler calling it a superman suit, it has lots of room for growth! In regards to the speedo suit, it is thinner, which may or may not be a bad thing depending on how warm you desire. In addition, the sleeves are made of swimsuit material, not neoprene, and it was a little loose on my toddler. You should invest in the O'Neill if you'd like maximum warmth and a snug fitting shirt for skinny kids. The money was well spent.

Excellent! I would highly recommend it! These are cute and small for The grandson weighs about 21 pounds and is almost two years old
5/5

Since he was a toddler, his mother has been taking him to the Y for swimming lessons, but the water is so cold that he shivers the entire time he is in the pool or Although he likes his swimming lessons, he still loves them. We talked about buying a wetsuit for my toddler with someone, so I of course went straight to Amazon and read all the reviews on the various Reviews for this one were so helpful because it was so highly recommended. They had a toddler who was small and weighed 20 pounds wearing a Size 1. According to a review, he wore a Size 1 as well. This really sold me on Size 1 and I ordered it. He loves the way it fits, and he wears it every day. Taking a dip in the pool no longer makes him shiver. In the future, I will order the next size if he outgrows the current size. I highly recommend.

Kids can wear this wetsuit if they're skinny! Having just acquired another O'Neill reactor wetsuit, this one is our second
5/5

After trying another brand (NeoSport) and returning it because it was too loose, I returned the first. It helps skinny kids stay warm in water since they have difficulty staying warm on land. Blue lips are a thing of the past!.

I read the reviews, and most said the wetsuits were I read the reviews, and most said the wetsuits were There is a girl in my family who He is 5 years old and weighs 34 pounds
5/5

It fits her with little room for growth. As she is petite, I bought one size down (3), and it could fit her easily. My son is almost 2 years old (31 lbs) and I have a 14 year old daughter. People say that he's big for his age, so I bought a size 2 for him, and it fits him just fine with a little room for growth. A must-have for swimmers all year round, this item is the perfect gift. The wetsuits kept them warm even when getting out of the water and even though we have a heated pool.

It's a shame that the third suit stinks - the first two were great, but the third sucked! It's cool to wear these suits From other reviews, I was worried that there would be an unpleasant smell, but it didn't come to that
3/5

I took my 5 and 3 year old daughters to the beach in San Diego in these It's hard to believe that they usually only last five minutes in colder water, but this year they were boogie boarding for hours. I wore the size 3 on my lanky and skinny 5 foot frame. We are having a good time with our 5 year old girl NOTE *BR>*BR>EDIT Having outgrown the size 3 suit my now 6-year-old girl now wears, I bought her a new one in a larger size. It smells horribly, like skunk or something else "skunky. " I had to wash it in soapy water and let it air outdoors for days before I could get it to stop stinking up our house. The second one is being returned, so I went to find another brand. Very disappointed, since we loved the first two more.

This is sizing
5/5

In these reviews, there was a lot of misinformation about the size so I had hesitations about purchasing. It's likely that my son will be 6 years old in May. He's 42 lbs (thin) and on the taller side. On top of that, he wears 6/7 in shirts and 5 in pants. He wore a size 6 and it fitted him perfectly. It would have been too small if it had been a size smaller. As a result, he has been able to keep a little warmer during outdoor swimming The fact that it fits so snug now means I may not get two seasons out of it, but I am happy that I have They have the sizing on the o'neil website as well, and it is correct. You should get the bigger size for your child, even if he or she are skinny (if they are at the edge of the next size). The people who said they got a size 2/3 for their 5 year olds did not specify what type of product they received. The one that is on the market isn't the one that is currently for sale. The trick is to not fall for it!.

Approximately 3 inches high and pink in color
4/5

My weight is 38 lb, 40 in, 4 yr old, and I am wearing a size Children aged 5 and older should wear a swim cap during swimming It would be a good idea to describe her as a size 3 to size 4 who falls at the very low end of the size range. The size 3 is what I went with We think it is about right. It is snug through the chest and arms, like a wetsuit should be, and there is some room for growth in the waist and hips. It does bunch up a bit at the hip when wet, but not enough to interfere with I am very pleased with the quality of the suit. The design of the shortie suit is just as well built as the adult version of this suit, which I own myself for wakeboarding. This thing is tiny and doesn't have a long zipper pull, but there aren't many 4 year Olds who are going to be able to get up and down by themselves. During this weekend's swim in the cold lake water she wore it for the first time Warmth and protection were guaranteed thanks to the combination of wetsuits and life jackets. I think you got a good deal. As well as the one we're considering, we'll get one for 18 months old.

Kids can stay warm in the water with a wetsuit For a 5 year old, a size 3 would be appropriate
5/5

Despite being in the water for extended periods of time, my child usually gets cold, and he usually comes out with purple lips as he shivers in the water. I believe that this wetsuit will keep my son warm for a long period of time. He is able to spend more time in the water with this wetsuit, as it keeps him warm in the water (outdoor and indoor swimming pools). In spite of being thick enough to keep him warm, this thermal suit does not restrict his ability to move, which means he can swim without problems. A size 3 was ordered for my 5 year old who measures 46 inches tall and weighs almost 40 pounds. In this regard, he still has a lot to learn.
