If you want to wear it on a kids mask, it should fit on one that has the nose part built into it (like a snorkel If you want to wear them on goggles that are just a cover for the eyes, I'm not sure if it would work.
I find it difficult to answer this question. While we have a floatable cover for our mask, I am not sure whether your entire mask could be kept afloat by it. The change made my hair less likely to get stuck in the straps, but from time to time it still happened. I had to tighten the mask specifically in the areas where I had to tighten it

An excellent value for the money. The masks are sewn on both long sides and are too long for children's masks. already use these types of straps on our dive masks, but during our recent trips we've added Velcro to one side of the strap. This makes installation easy, and we remove the straps between dives and clean and dry them. There is a small stitch on each side of these straps, which I did not notice. It's probably the best thing I bought for snorkeling that I've ever owned. The masks that I have to wear when I go snorkeling are not that comfortable for me.
