My height is 5'8" and my weight is 175 pounds. I ordered an XL in 38Cbr>. They were small to begin with, but this was absurd. My 13-year-old daughter was able to fit into it.
L or xL
I'm in the middle of things. It's a tight fit for me at 5'5" and 120 pounds. You're only going to get bigger (yay! ), so take advantage of it while you can. I'd recommend getting the XL.
My shirt is long-sleeved, but I believe the description stated that it was long-sleeved. It's perfect for me, but it's a little tight. The picture also shows a long sleeve, so I think you'll be fine; if not, you can always return items to Amazon.

On vacation in the Caribbean, I bought this to use for activities like snorkeling and parasailing. I haven't worn it yet, but I wanted to comment on the fit after reading the other reviews about size. I ordered a medium and it fits nicely, snug but not too tight. My height and weight are 5'3" and 130 pounds, respectively. , with a bra size of 36B. I'm wearing it over a tankini that has some padding in the photo. The only problem is that it's a little tight across the shoulders (as evidenced by the pulling in the photo), but I have very broad shoulders for my size, so I just pulled the sleeves up a little and it was fine. In a few weeks, I'd like to report back on how the water sports went. Oh, what a lovely raspberry color!.
I was wishing the entire time that I had purchased a long-sleeved one instead. When paddling, the majority of the friction occurs where your arm meets the board, which after an hour or so has to be torture. If you're looking for a rash guard for surfing, I can't stress how important it is to get long sleeves! I bought this because my husband and I are going surfing in Hawaii next month, and I didn't want to repeat our trip to Mexico. First and foremost, I was ecstatic to discover that the medium was an excellent fit for me! I had to send back two and size WAY up in the other name brand before finding one that fit, and even then it was a little tight. I have a small chest, a long torso, broad shoulders, an hourglass waist, and hips that are disproportionately large. I usually wear a medium in tops, so I was thrilled to discover that this one fit perfectly and was extremely comfortable! It's also long enough in the arms and torso, which is something I find difficult to find in most tops. It has excellent quality and looks great when worn. It was perfect for white water rafting on the Snake River last weekend! It dries quickly and isn't too hot, even though it's black and long sleeved, and unlike my other one, it doesn't roll up at the bottom on me. I strongly advise outdoor adventure women to buy this book!.
I decided to keep the XS. I knew I'd have to try both sizes because there were so many different opinions on the matter. So - I decided to keep the XS and return the small. The two had very little in common. Both are extremely tight (as they should be; it's like wearing a wet suit), and I didn't notice much of a difference in the tightness around the torso between them. You'll want to go with a different brand if you're looking for a more loose-fitting swim shirt; the length on both was nice. They were both long enough for me, as I have a long torso. It's possible that the small was a half-inch longer. The small was returned primarily due to the fact that the only difference in size I noticed was around the neck. It was saggy and droopy, as if it had been designed for someone much heavier than me. There was also a lot of extra material on the back side, right where your underarm crease is. To give you an idea of my size, I'm 97 pounds and 5' 2".
Because I am a 36DD, I ordered a large, which fits perfectly. The only suggestion I have is that if you get the color black, you should hand wash it a few times because it runs a lot.
A mix of Tahitian blue and sea glass. The two fabrics had different compositions, and the sea glass hybrid was a little smaller. I got Medium in both colors and will keep the Tahitian blue. The seaflass hybrid was too tight, whereas the blue one was snug but not uncomfortable. This summer, I plan to use it for lap swimming, snorkeling, and boat trips, and I'm looking forward to using less sunblock. My height is 5'3", my weight is 120 pounds, and I am 34 years old. I'm 5'10" with broad shoulders (inverted triangle body type), and the Med was just right. I would have required a large for the seaglass hybrid one. br>br>I also bought the "slim fit" version of this shirt, which is fitted but not as skin-tight as this "performance fit" version. br> Here's a more loose translation: Which version you choose will be determined by how it will fit. This performance fit version will be used for water activities (snorkeling, swimming), while the slim fit version will be used for land activities such as boat rides and beach UV protection. To see how they'll work together, watch the videos. If you're not sure what the difference is, look at the shoulder seams. The slim fit has straight shoulder seams, whereas the performance fit (this one) has angled shoulder seams for a more wet suit-like fit.
It's more of a royal blue than you might think. That was not at all what I had hoped for. br>br>A note about sizing: Take a look at what the other reviewers have to say - Don't be conceited; order a size larger. ) For reference, I'm 5'7" and weigh 160 pounds, and I usually wear a medium or large shirt, but I ordered a large and it's way too small. I didn't mind the extra compression around my belly (the fabric is thick enough to help hold in a little fluff, haha), but keep in mind that it's tight all over, not just in the middle. It was so tight around my arms that I felt like I was losing circulation from my elbows down, and bending my head to look down felt like I was being choked. Apart from the color, br>br> Despite the sizing issues, it's a fantastic product; it's relatively thick without being a full-fledged jacket. I'm thinking of getting a neoprene wetsuit to keep you warm in the water. Flat seams run the length of the garment. It's stitched to make it feel soft against your skin. A high- If you can figure out the correct size, this is a good swim shirt.
