Questions & Answers

Can I get the regular or xl size since I wear a size 11 mares boot (hard sole)?

Despite wearing a size nine boat, the soft soles have a snug, yet not too tight fit. If one strap does not work for you, then I would recommend getting both and returning the one that doesn't.

What is the compatibility of these fins with ?

I am inquiring about the compatibility of these straps with

The smaller hole on the clip has a diameter of about 3 mm, and the larger hole has a diameter of about 7 mm?

Spring them up. It will not take long for these to break. I broke one of my friend's fins just before he jumped off the boat. I have a spare Mares Avantix with them attached - There are 3 pegs, each with 20/15 mm diameter. In actuality, the strap has a maximum opening of 25mm, but it is not a round shape, so you won't be able to stick in more than 20mm. When a locking neck's width is 12mm, it can be locked." The pegs of my fin were three millimeters short. A 1.5 mm dia. peg is forced through a 12 mm neck to provide locking force. 7 mm is the depth of the hole. We hope it will be helpful

Are the extenders included with this pair?

Extensions are provided in the form of a short pair.

It's a good app, even if I take a star away This brand is highly recommended for owners of OH Fins by Mares
4/5

It is highly recommended that you order a size down if you plan to buy a second set later. Fin straps come with a 15mm extension at the end of both straps (it screws in line) that you can attach to increase length. It's about an hour and a half Measured in inches. I am using these in size XL with Mares Quattro Fins in size I ended up with a mostly loose fitting pair of shoes for my wide The fins never seemed to be lost to me. Together, they made a good combination. Well, that's interesting. A sloppy job. It would work as long as I employed a slow, methodical approach. I could feel the wasted energy in the combination of an XL fin and an XL strap, but it was almost acceptable. Thus, there is a kind of loose fin-like appearance It's a connection between the feet. It's a good idea to rephrase that The L size is available for these. As far as I am concerned, I will be able to I will also re-phrase this Quattros must be ordered in a regular way (I imagine. There is no explanation as to why they go from "regular" to "extra-large" The word "large"). It is possible. The Quatto PLUS won't be on sale until after I see what the company does. There is probably no end to the fun that can be had with these straps. In other words, if you are shopping for fins as well. If you create a combo that costs as much as or more, you might want to check that first. The pros are **1) There should be no adjustments. If you don't wear your fins until they wear out, get them according to your taste and leave them! 3) MEASURE THE There will be no added bulk or weight to your fins when you use these straps. It's the stainless steel straps that do it. Quite a bit! 3) The Easy to understand. This is easy. In any situation, it can be turned on or off. The factory appearance, 4) That's what they look like to me. A Mares fin does not feel out of place on him. A few cons My prediction is that these will be worn frequently. to last at least twice as long as this strap. My spares for these straps would be with me if I had over a hundred dives on my fins (or for a few years). The clothes look nice, they fit well and should be able to last a long time only I'm worried. Designed. Made. The problem is. There is no way to tell. I am certain you will see what I mean after using them for a few dives. While I'm not sure if the attachment points on fins have been moved, my next purchase of an OH fin will be a smaller size. The 13 foot wide table is huge and wide. My natural instinct was to think that it was evident. The fins and straps on these fins are large. That's all fine. A pair of 5mm dive boots may be necessary for cold water diving. I don't know. Nevertheless, I appreciate the comfort of a fitting room as much as I appreciate the quality of my clothes. Having "security" in the ocean is better than having it on land. -Some spring straps have a curve to the heel-Not all spring straps have a curve to the heel There is a plate (or whatever you like to call it). As opposed to these, which are stiff but somewhat A curve will form on the back portion of the plate over time. They are almost flat when they are new, however. At first, the straps did not feel as ergonomic as those of other brands. This is one of the cons. These are almost not cons at all. The slender fins are a little too narrow for me to give them a 5 star rating, but I still highly recommend them I've got a few words to Is there a problem with sizes in the diving industry? There are no exceptions when it comes to fins. The two products are even manufactured by the same company! I was wondering if you were hiring, Mares? You can count on me for even more support as you advance in your diving career! Let's do something revolutionary and take the sizing of dive gear seriously. Among dive gear, why are some fins (and other products) sized according to traditional methods, while others are S, M, L, XL? Among the many dive gear reviews, why are there so many people recommending that you "size down" or "size up". You will be fit as soon as you're in the water. It would be worth launching an ad campaign for it. The fitness test. It is. I mean everything. You need dive gear to go diving. It is your size in (warm/cold) WATER, so you can confidently tell people that. We KNOW we are BELIEVING it. It would be a revolution for diving if you were there. According to the current situation. There is just no question about it, everyone accepts it In BS, one fin in an L is different from another fin in an L, and so forth.

It's finally here
4/5

I bought and returned many bungee straps before I finally found a pair that fit! Designed to fit the cressi pro light XS perfectly, these are the perfect replacement parts. They tested out great and my 3mm booties didn't move an inch while wearing them. Although the housing that holds the strap to the fin does not 'click' in place similarly to a buckle, it definitely stays in place due to the tension in the bungee when worn however, I am concerned the element may fall away when the fins are not being used. When I gave it a good shake there were no pieces falling off, so hopefully they won't fall off in the future!.

Straps with a tight fit and sturdy construction to replace your 10-year-old ones I have broken old My 10 year-old's rubber strap was broken and I bought these to replace it Mares fins dating back to the early 19th century
4/5

It was presumed there were fewer mechanical parts that could break, and the idea of ease of use appealed to me A great deal of appeal was offered by off. There is a size 8 fin on my Excel+ fins, but I have a small fin on my Excel+ fins. The feet of 9 women. The x-ray that I ordered I am so glad that these extenders are available for these straps because they are very small! The extenders don't even make things any better - They are VERY tight even with them The foot does not quite reach the ground They are tight, but I was concerned when I tried them on for the first time. As long as they were in the water, they appeared fine. I had no pain in my toes or in my heels. A few extra millimeters of material may not be a big deal, but since I can sometimes be in conditions where strong currents are present, I don't have to worry too much about losing The last Mares strap I had lasted me ten years, so I expect them to do the same.

Signs did not appear when the break occurred
3/5

As comfortable as it is and just the right size for the fins, it breaks without any warning, as my original strap cracked seconds before I jumped into the ocean, ruining my diving experience. As a Scuba Diving Instructor, me and my fins will never last a year with this strap, therefore, if I had another choice I would purchase it. Please check what other brands do with the fin strap, I love your fins but not your If you use this, be careful or keep an extra pair with you whenever you.

There is a very narrow range that they have to fit into
3/5

Although my fins and boots are Mares, even though their x-rays are bad, I can get it done It is not long enough when it is large. I could use them to compress my boots with a great deal of force if I wanted to. The condition would significantly reduce the lifespan of the individual and be very painful for them to endure. If the buckles (think spear gun tubing) match the size you need, they are actually quite nice. However, given the number of fins and the range of boots available, it is significantly more difficult to fit this buckle with the right amount of force. It is possible to get a pair of spring straps that is just like this one, although the range of settings they cover may be different. There is a small extender included, but it would need to be held very close to the camera to function. *If these straps were made at least in five sizes and that length was noted alongside the size, in addition to adding a spacer between each length, these would be wonderful.

straps for a great price
4/5

The stock market would like to see them. I'm far more satisfied with these rubber bungees than the stock straps that came with my Mares X-Field" The stream fins came with them. This is a book you absolutely must pick (You think about it, don't you? As you read this review, you're interested in the game. In case the straps aren't long enough out of the box, there is an extender. I had no problems installing the software. In regard to removing the stock straps, it was the most challenging part. I will be completely transparent So far I have not used the new bungees with my fins, but I have In comparison to the old straps, this one seems just as solid as well as more comfortable. What's the reason for four stars then? Due to the fact that I needed to buy the "better" straps separately from the fins, I became a bit irritated. There is no euphemistic way to describe what I feel "X-" It is hard to say "Streams are cheap," because they are downright expensive!

Anyway, let me explain. If you already spent the money on fins, there's no reason not to do this. These bungees are a huge improvement over fins because the money you spent on them is gone. I have made the following edit Having used the fins and straps multiple times now, they have proven to be quite useful. The process of donning and donning is a lot simpler. For me, taking them off is the most difficult part. Although I still think these straps add an important feature to my fins, they are pretty ugly. This is a highly recommended book.
