When it works, this is an excellent watch! The watches were marked as new on Amazon, so I had expected them to be new from the factory. As a result, the case was not closed. The equipment came from Divers Direct, one of the largest dive equipment distributors, but the gear had scuff marks, items missing, non-identical packaging, one was already paired to the transmitter, and another had 4 dives on it 3 months before I got A first unit failed after the third dive. It would not turn on. The item was returned two months later, and I received a refund, but had already lost money from shipping, fees, and import taxes. While that period was occurring, the compass on the second failed. No matter which way it was pointed, it would not provide the correct information. I returned it the day after I got the refund for the first one, and then the second one turned out to be the same. The Scubapro computers give me a lot of grief because the reliability of my two Aeris Atmos Elite computers - one of which is still working - lasted 15 years so the reliability of these two Scubapro computers is, frankly, terrible. The price range for Shearwater is higher than any other computer in its price range, which is a little annoying because I took the time to evaluate this computer and its features and I thought they were better than every other computer in the same It may be lucky for you, but even if not, give it a thorough review. An investigation by the manufacturer is sometimes the only thing that prompts the manufacturer to take action.
