Selected User Reviews For Aqua Lung i200 Wrist Computer
We purchased this for our 12 year old son, who recently completed his PADI Advanced Scuba certification & spent time in the ocean It is enriched with oxygen. It works well, but the assignment of buttons is not clear. We are lucky to be able to set everything from the iPhone app, which is really the only easy method. As a user of an old Suunto Mosquito, I find it easy to use, although I wish they had iPhones back then as an interface would have been very useful. I used the watch in conjunction with a Suunto Cobra and it.
Though the owner's manual may seem a bit confusing, once you learn how to use it, the dive computer actually works quite well and is relatively easy to use. It is really pretty and the app that goes with it is great- it has a smaller size, and the color is perfect. This dive computer is great for anyone who is motivated to figure out how to use it. I recommend it to anyone who puts in the time to understand how it works.
It seems to be working fine so far- My dive started out well, but after a few minutes the screen shuts off. I went to the dive shop to change the battery, but the problem reappeared again, so will return and purchase an entirely different brand. Some people may prefer this camera.
In the case of too much information that you are not sure how to handle, it can be overwhelming. It's hard to find much help in the manual. There are some good videos on YOU TUBE.
I really love the bluetooth setup because it is much easier than navigating through the usual dive watch setups. Unfortunately, my select button stopped working on the first dive so I can only use it from the iPhone app now.
Although I have not used this watch yet, I am disappointed that the back battery plate is not easily removed because I failed to get a screwdriver. Furthermore, I was dissatisfied with the fact that they only gave me one half of the wrist band, which I would like to wear to work. So, now I have one teal and one black band. It's a bit silly to look at.
I found the Bluetooth connection for the app to be very satisfying. The dive log can be managed using the mobile device.
02 The watch push buttons can be done away with. The parameters can be set via mobile devices.
It's super easy to use!.
When the computer was out of the box for no more than two minutes, it froze and is no longer usable. This is a device that in diving can save lives, and I would expect a better build quality for something that can be so important. I will not be buying.
