This is a huge waste of resources! I broke my first tool, the T tool, when I used it for the first time. As soon as I requested it, I received the Y tool as a replacement. Throughout the process, I found customer service to be excellent and the Y tool worked wonders to remove my trucks and replace the bearings. With everything you could ever need in one place, it is very convenient to carry around It's the only thing I would want to skate without!.

A good design has gone into this tool. It is the way the screwdriver fits into the handle that is my biggest problem with the product. There is a problem with the screwdriver's fit and it might slip out. The screwdriver part was lost within a few days of using it due to this issue. Here's the update I received a replacement product from Zeato after I heard back from them. Despite this, I still taped the screwdriver to the top of the tool to ensure it doesn't fall off. As far as product quality is concerned, my opinion remains An item of this type should be very durable, and this one is. Zeato is a company that cares about its customers, and they are willing to go the extra mile to help every customer they encounter. From my experience with the Zeato customer service team personally, they are a company that respects its customers. It is becoming increasingly rare to have such a quality in our modern world. There is no doubt in my mind that others would benefit from using this product.

The first thing I did was to replace the bearings on my board and it broke There is glue holding the piece together! Although the allen wrench that comes with it is nice, how is it possible to damage it? The quality of this one is generally not that good, so I'd recommend getting a different wrench or using an actual wrench instead. At least then it won't break the first time it's used, no matter how hard it is to do it. Edit (10/29/18)
I am raising my original review from one star to three stars since the seller refunded me for the product and provided me with a replacement tool after I received a refund. After removing my wheels, the plastic is slightly cracked, but otherwise I am able to remove them. In my opinion, a socket wrench would be a better choice. In roller derby, my wife changes the wheels on her skates with this. Although it seems like it might be a good wrench for skateboards, I can imagine it breaking if it got too tight when tightening trucks or The change from street wheels to smooth wheels works great with this kit. As long as she has it in her gear bag, she always uses it.

The first thing I would like to say is that I am very pleased that they sent me another one of these All IN ONE SKATE TOOLS since when I got the first package it had already been opened and my mail person had just left the empty package in As a result, his IQ must be that of an idiot. Although this tool worked perfectly, I am concerned that the entire inner body is not solid. My daughter used this tool to replace the trucks and wheels on her board and it did the job well. If you tighten down with the tool you can feel it twisted as it isn't That might shorten the life of the tool, but I am not sure. In terms of the screwdriver inserting into the wrench handle, I am pleased with it, but it would be better if there were something to keep it in place. I am unsure if it will stay in place.
