Yes, a 7. should use the 139 axel. The board width is 75. I have a board that is that size.
They should be sold as a set. Bearings on the inside and outside. Bearings in total: 8
There are many different types and sizes of wheels. This is a question that requires independent research. Soft, medium, or large wheels are required if you plan to simply cruise down the side walk and enjoy your ride. However, if you plan on doing flips and crazy slides on concrete at the skate park, you may need wheels that are 56mm or smaller and harder. Try 53mm- For cruising, use a 59mm 83a. 53mm- Sliding and tricks with a 55mm 99a. The ride is nicer when the wheel is softer and bigger; however, when the wheel is smaller and harder, the ride is less pleasant and slippery. my recommendation
Yes, they are a perfect fit!

I was looking for softer wheels for riding on the street and sidewalk, and these trucks were perfect. It's difficult to compare because this is my first time building a board, but the bearings, trucks, and wheels were of excellent quality.
I recently built a new skateboard, and these were highly recommended by everyone and their mother. Now that I've installed them, I understand why. They spin for dayssssssssssssssssssssssssss It was unquestionably a wise decision.
My younger sister (who is a beginner) was given this as a present, and she enjoys the sensation of riding. Trucks have a little more wiggle room, which makes for a more forgiving ride, as well as nice smooth wheels. She was overjoyed, and I was pleasantly surprised by the package; These are high-quality parts that are also reasonably priced.
I've ridden on Indys before (151 and 169 Stage 2 back in the day) and was surprised to see how much they've improved while maintaining the same level of quality.
Set of cruisers in excellent condition.
The difference is all in the bearings!.
