Selected User Reviews For H Block Skateboard Longboard Riser Pads - Set of 2 Risers, Rubber Shock Pads 1/8" (3mm), 1/4" (6mm), Angled
The rubber shock pads perform much better than the hard plastic angled risers since they sit flush against the board and absorb ground vibrations far better than the hard plastic hikers. In spite of the fact that the material weighs more than any hard plastic or rubber shock pad I have tried, it does not make a difference to how I ride. Here are the These will look best with inch hardware bolts, but they are still highly recommended if you are looking for a comfortable cruiser, as these will make the board feel a bit smoother on your feet It is important for riders to keep in mind that hard risers increase responsiveness when they turn. The smoother the ride is over uneven terrain, the softer the risers. The following information has been updated Based on my comparisons with the "Khiro 80A Angled Wedge Shock Pads" and the "Khiro 60A Angled Wedge Shock Pads", I measured these rubber shock pads to have a durometer of around 80A. comparing the wedge rollers and shock pads, I decided to replace the Big Boy wedge rollers with the Khiro 60A Angled Edge Shock Pads It was the smoothest ride on my longboard with Khiro's 60A durometer risers as they weigh less and are made of softer material. Way to go,.
I was happy to see that they complied all my requests. Basically there are 4 wedges in the pack, so you can assemble them to make a flat surface.
From what I see on the internet, the thick edge facing inwards on the front increases turning ability. Based on what I read, the thick end on the back should reduce wheel spin on the rear trucks if the thick end faces inward.
believe this was the largest shock pad I was able to I would like if I could also get the 1/2" shock absorbers for my electric longboard since this would be a great upgrade.
The pavement isn't exactly the smoothest, and I was using my longboard for local errands. Riding down the street on those was also very challenging because my board rattled a lot. The vibrations have taken a major hit, and I also seem to be able to push harder (I assume because I don't have to slow down because they are not excessive). As of right now, my board still vibrates so I'm going to get new tires that are softer. Though definitely an improvement, it nevertheless made a huge difference.
The only problem was that they did not also let me learn kickflips at the same time. It is reasonable to expect that if you are going to spend more than three dollars on rising pads, at least they will infuse your body with skate-specific features I guess he has some god-like skills or something too.
Spacing is what they're used for. This is not the kind of thing you can mess.
As advertised, this riser arrived directly from the manufacturer. During my first ride with them on, I experienced less shock over big bumps and cracks in the street, and I also ascended significantly higher than I was previously, which made it easier to ride for someone with long legs such as myself who is 6'3" tall. My recommendation for this product is for skaters of all levels.
They are great. I find them to be ideal for the work I am doing. It makes my trucks appear as if they have a lower angle because I have them both facing inward. I really enjoy These wheels make my 50 caliber trucks act exactly how I want them to act with lots of stability to bomb hills but also to absorb some shock and be able to I prefer sliding and pishing to high speeds on 50° trucks as they let me slide and piss at much higher speeds than most trucks.
