In order to proceed with this review, I want to ensure I have qualified myself by stating my experience and skill. I’ve been skating on and off since I was 10-years-old. I used to skate with sponsored amateur teams. Over time, I have learned and mastered many tricks, such as the use of staircases, jumps, rails, and ledges. As I have gone through many boards and brands over the past decade, I'm familiar with quite a few. In terms of height and weight, I'm 6 feet and 190 pounds. That being said, I shall now give my review of the book. My current deck had been quite hashed so I started looking for a new one on Amazon. It had been about a year since I had boarded. I can see why this deck was a top seller. It came up fast, had great reviews and had good sales. In addition, the price was not When I got it I laced up my skates, put on my grindking trucks and spitfire wheels I never wanted to do large gaps or stairs again, I just wanted to focus on my street skills, so that is what I did, ollies off small ledges, pop shovits, kick flips, stalls, and At the end of the weekend, I had maybe 4 hours of board time. The tail of my scooter broke when I took it out with my nieces and nephews to the slate park and on a ride. About an hour later, as I was doing some pop shoveits and kick flips, the tail just snapped completely apart! Doing flat ground tricks has never caused this to happen before to me and I was very surprised. There is a problem with the wood, as it could not withstand 5 hours of boarding before it failed. If you're thinking about this board, go to Zumiez or any vans store or any local skate shop and get a blank board from powell, atm, dark, mini logo or any other blank board company for 30 bucks you'll thank me later.

My son has recently started skateboarding, so I thought I'd dust off some old skills! I haven't been on a skateboard in ages, but my son has been doing it for quite some time now. I recall that one of the parts of the fun was assembling your own board and making it unique. One of the major highlights of the game is being able to choose your wheels, trucks, and decals. I found this board to be a great place to start, because the double tail is a must for beginners, and at my son's age (8) I believe it will last him for a long time Considering that we are going to give him the board anyway, we may as well put some cruiser or longboard wheels on it. The 7 layers make the board feel very sturdy. Since plywood is almost unbreakable anyway, the seven layers make it very secure. After testing it a few times myself, I think a child shouldn't have any problems. I like that he can experiment and learn on the board without having to spend a lot of money. Normally, I would have given it a 5 star rating, but ours had scuff marks on the underside of the board. They are not superficial, and the shipping box was not damaged in any way, so it was not a shipping issue. In this case, it appears as if the manufacturing process was handled carelessly.

Let me start by saying that I was pretty excited to receive a skateboard My surprise at finding "Made in China" on the package should have come as no surprise, but I was let down nonetheless. Decks are generally not as dense as wood, so are light in weight. I hope it doesn't reflect a lack of durability over the long run. This seems quite a nice piece, but the clear coat is very thin on the underside, and almost nonexistent on the topside. It looks almost as if the top were just Before I put grip on it, I will probably sand it and apply a couple coats of urethane or lacquer. I suppose it's a good deal at $20, so long as it doesn't snap in half while riding it. I'd probably spend a little more next time a bit better. As the board is designed to be used with a child in mind, I will update this review later on with a long-term review of the deck. You're either SK8 or you're dead!.

I snapped the board after using it for 12 days. The battery life was a little disappointing because I thought it would last for Purchase a quality deck from a reputable manufacturer such as CS, Revive, or Fortune, for example. While it's a bit more money for those boards, the quality you get with them is well worth it. A deck like this is only recommended if you only plan on cruising with the board. If you try to do ollies or flip tricks, the board will surely break. Deck made with 7 plies of maple is of poor quality.

I was surprised at how well the boards lived up to my expectations. I like how it was It was a pleasure to work with you. We purchased these boards to give away to a few less fortunate people and have built them with all the necessary accessories so they can be used. My guess is the recipients will be extremely happy with their gift since they are so well done.
