It is impossible to wear a jacket without any inner padding

Although the price is great, it doesn't come with any padding inside. I see Velcro dots all over the inside to attach some inner type of padding, but none is included with the product? The Velcro tabs on the helmet pressed against my skin when I was snugging it to my head. . . what the heck? This may have been a great helmet, but this simple cost cutting measure has made it impossible to use. . . sorry guys.
