With your measurements, I believe the small/medium would be a good choice. I believe that the adult sizes' lengths are the same, but the girth is different. I believe the sizing is also gender-neutral (i.e. not specific to women).
They're not as thick as the Slim Knee. The Fly Knee Pads are included in this pack.
The knee pads are, in fact, slide-on.
My daughter received the largest size of the ones I ordered. She needed the largest because she has a very thick, solid frame, and she finds them extremely comfortable - I hope this has been of assistance.

Do you want to learn how to rollerblade? I'm a size 14/16, and the l/xL is a perfect fit. The pads are both protective and pleasant to wear. In addition, it's adorable! I strongly advise you to spend the money on the kit. It's a good investment.
I ordered a large and it fits perfectly, despite the fact that I have thick thighs and calves and weigh around 180 pounds. I had to get used to them at first because they dig into my shins a little, but they help keep my knees bent while skating, and I was able to get used to them after the fifth time I wore them.
They're "cute as hell" and "comfortable as hell," according to him. He weighs 120 pounds and stands 5'2 inches tall.
It's super cute and perfect for thiccccccccccccccccccccc My only gripe is the thickness, which means that if you fall, you won't notice because they're so big. They do a great job of protecting you and getting the job done. I wear a size 16/18 in pants and ordered the Lg/Xl, which fits perfectly.
The wrist guard on the left hand was missing, so I only gave it one star. When I spend money, I expect it to include everything. The fact that it's out of stock for a replacement has only added to my dissatisfaction.
br>br>These are **THE** knee pads that will fit fat people. I tried other brands, but they didn't live up to my expectations. br>br>These have a stretchy sleeve that runs from the back of the knee to the inside of the elbow, as well as elastic straps for added security. I played softball for many years and grew some huge calves as a result. I tried three other pairs of knee pads that claimed to fit my measurements, but none of them would fit over my calf. These fit comfortably over my calves and keep my knees secure. If you're not wearing pants or long sleeves, the Velcro on the elastics can be a little pinchy/scratchy. The wrist guards are a little too big for me, but they stay put. Although the upper part of the elbow pads sleeve is a little more squishy than I prefer, it is by far the best fit of any of the others I tried. br>br>The colors are vibrant and enjoyable to look at. Roller skating is a blast! br>br>On the knee pads, the plastic shells are extremely bulky. I'm not sure if I should straighten my knees behind them or not. But mostly, I'd like them to resemble standard slimline skateboard pads. br>br>Overall, I'm very pleased with this collection. If you're a bigger skater, you should definitely try these out! br>br>I'll also push Moxie to broaden the size range, increase the variety of Thick Set, and slim down the shells:.
br>Had a lot of trouble with it. My tailbone, on the other hand, had a different story to tell.
On bare skin, this is incredible gear. They're stuffed to the gills. As a result, they are enormous and feel comfortable due to their heavy foam/plush-like padding. However, if you are standing upright, the curved design of the knee pads may dig into your skin a little; the kneepads "force" you to bend your knees. That isn't always a bad thing, but you will be walking alongside them at times. It was terrible on a Small/Medium. On Large/XL, however, it is barely noticeable. Even with bare skin (including legs), they're extremely comfortable. br>br>I'm 140 pounds, 5'8" tall, and have a thick build. legged. Despite having similar measurements to 187 Killer, other brands' Large kneepads were much too small. As a result, I first placed an order for X- large and thick They were massive—I should've paid more attention to some specific reviews about their size, haha. Knee pads were too small in the Small/Medium size. br>br>A minor flaw is that my inner elbows became slightly red at one point, but it wasn't itchy or painful; I simply wasn't expecting it due to the high quality of the gear. I'll keep an eye on it to see if it happens again. I'll return it if that's the case.
