I get it. Let me tell you what's going on. I ordered this scooter for my son, who is 12 years old, and it will be a Christmas gift. Five feet five and 150 pounds is what he weighs. In contrast to most 12 year old boys, he moves slowly and in a jerky manner. All kinds of things bounce off of him as he plops, slams, jumps, and impacts them.
