The staging retains it, however, for purposes of staging. The same principle would apply to any stand built this way.

It serves the purpose I required of it. One of the reasons why I like this scooter stand is its side step plates, which some other stands lack. As for the color schemes, they are cool as well. My only complaint is that there are not enough colors available for choice. I like this stand because it accomplishes all I want it to.

I found this to work perfectly! I love it, and so does our son. Keeping his scooter in his room is his habit. Standing on carpet is no problem for the stand.

My scooter frequently falls over while using this product, so it seems that it needs to be just a bit larger to stabilize better. I like the color design, but it doesn't hold up the scooters very well. found some at Walmart that do a better job than this one for more than half the price.
However, it is on the tippy side

Although it is a bit tippy, it does work just fine for my daughter's razor scooter. Trying to move the handlebars in any way will cause the bike to topple, so it must be kept straight at all times. As I mentioned, I will attach the stand to a piece of wood so the base will be larger, less tippy, and less wobbly.
