While I was searching for the scooter, my daughter suggested that I should get a red one since red is my favorite color since she was riding a pink scooter. The box came and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that it had a retail label. Since I'd been shopping online for so long, I had forgotten how a retail box looks because all the items came in brown paper bags. When the scooter arrived, it was ready to use right out of the box. Just pop the handle up and you're set. There is no wiggle or movement from the 2 grips while operating since the handle bar clicks tightly into place. As opposed to other brands that use the foam grip that immediately gets destroyed after a few months, this brand uses rubber for the handle grip. In both cases, the wheels are made of very hard rubber, and the rubber wheels have advantages. As rubber wheels absorb more vibrations, rubber wheels offer a smoother ride, whereas silicone wheels are unable to withstand water. Rubber wheels also offer better traction in the rain than silicone wheels. I did not have to hunch my back while riding it because the handle height is at a comfortable level. Standing on the platform makes it comfortable for me to rest my feet while walking It is not in the way when I'm riding the scooter, and when I need to carry it, it is always at hand to be used. After a week of play, the calf snapped in two. twelve-year-old son rode the bike, and he certainly weighs less than the maximum allowed. In the meantime, the manufacturer contacted me today and they are not only sending me a replacement for no cost, they are also refunding my purchase price. It sounds like it was mispackaged by Amazon and that's why it was damaged and Amazon should not have these kinds of issues. It a pleasant experience to speak with the maker from the beginning, and the person I spoke with was extremely helpful.

My nephew is 16 years old and weighs 160 pounds. He is 5'7" tall and weighs 160 pounds. The jumps and maneuvers he performs with no problems on this are no problem for him. With his mask on, he is able to do his little trip to the corner store much more easily than walking! We are so happy with what we bought!.

The boy has been asking for one, and since we are stuck at home for quarantine, I bought it for him. There is no better time than now to get one! The decision to pick one took a while. After purchasing a razor scooter in the past that rusted up and we had to throw away, I decided to look for one that was painted to protect the metal from rusting (my own theory). I found this one that had many different colors for him to choose from. The color he chose was white! I thought it was a good deal and the cost was comparable to others. The package had yet to arrive and he was anxious to see it. Upon arrival, the package was neatly boxed and in brand new condition! Setting it up and opening it was very easy! We made sure to get it the right height, and he was able to easily use it. It is a really good scooter, if I may say so! Although it's heavy, it's light enough for him to fold and store it! I know it's made of quality materials, but it's heavy enough to give him confidence that it's durable! Having learned his lesson, he will not leave it out in the elements any longer. He stores it when not in use so that it lasts a long time! It is on his riding list every day ever since it arrived and he couldn't be happier with it! There has been nothing else he can do for the past month but work on this job! There is a foot break to allow him to stop when he needs to slow down. It's safe, low to the ground, and easy to steer. It is big enough to fit 2 feet on it! This wheel spins effortlessly and does not get stuck in too many cracks. The glide is gentle! I really like the wheels because of the material, they're very strong and durable A durable material. Even with all the use, it has not worn down or been damaged. As his representative, I would like to thank you for this opportunity. I'm glad he’s playing outside every day rather than playing games on his device instead of being stuck in the house!.

The following update has been made A nice scooter with a kickstand to keep the scooter upright at the bottom. Although there were no instructions, it was not difficult to assemble. There is still a question about a part that attaches to the handlebar and the front wheel rest and whether it's secured. There is a wobble in the front of the scooter where the handlebar attaches to the wheel. I'm not sure if it's supposed to move that way or if it is defective. In addition to being nice, this scooter is a great one for my son and myself to use when playing together. I was waiting for the package to arrive in original packaging but when it arrived it was "Completely Damaged" and taped up to seal the parts inside. I was afraid the scooter wouldn't be in good shape as the box was so damaged. The scooter has just a few minor scratches on the back end. The packaging is poor. I am not sure if it was sent this way or maybe it was too beat up by the UPS driver who delivered it. I would have given five stars if not for the packaging. The length of time it took for it to arrive. However, I like the scooter aside from that. *UPDATE Since the ball bearings from the suspension were coming off, I had to return the scooter. In my previous review of the scooter, I noted that Uncertain whether the item is damaged as a result of delivery. However, a new one was purchased in replacement of the old one. We received it on time, the box was properly packaged, and it was not damaged during There was a manual included in this package that didn't exist in previous packages. There is no damage to the scooter. It looks and rides like new. A strap was mailed to me by the company after I reviewed it. Delivery within 24 hours. It was a pleasure to work with you.
