The motor is a scooter motor, so I don't understand why it would not be one. This device needs to be controlled by a speed controller.
The bolt is attached to the shaft by nut.
Because your question is not very clear, I will assume that the "teeth on a sprocket" you are referring to are the teeth on the sprocket of the device that You should find a sprocket that has the same bore and has chain size #25 teeth that matches the bore of the sprocket you wish to replace.
Included in that are the drive shaft and about 5" x 4".

Having ordered this product to replace the motor in my son's razor drifting cart or crazy cart thing, I was surprised to see that it had a lot more power then it did originally. The remote worked perfectly with no adjustments needed, and my son is very pleased with the results.
It runs smooth, quietly, and with great power. I ran this motor at very low rpm's using a 20A rated motor controller, and then I increased the speed to full speed in an instant (2750 rpm) when the motor reached its full speed. It is because of their quality and reliability that I am going to purchase two more of these little rascals.
The quality of the product was excellent, as well as the mounting pad that ensured the product is easy to install. Powerful and quiet, the motor runs at a high speed. During Halloween, I used this with a speed reducer to run six large flying ghosts down my driveway that circled over two hundred feet.
For decent output it would be nice if the rpms for the processor weren't so high.
What makes this motor work is- I bought it for a different purpose than what I first intended. However, it is still a good motor.
I found this to be useful in my situation.
It connects easily and is on the market for a long time.
