There are two labels on the connectors for the power line and brake lights, which are written in English, but the rest of the connections are written in Chinese. Plug and play is available only for the power line, and without first knowing what the other lines are for, there is no way to connect this safely No voltage is supplied to the throttling system by the 3 wire lines.
