The drive wheel is at the rear.
Batteries such as this one are specifically designed to work with razor quads. I would do more research because it is a pricy item and you do not want to return it. But if you know how to hook it up, then it may work. There is a regular rechargeable battery in it.
I installed it in no time at all. I used it for several years when my child was a little girl. We switched to a bike because it was more convenient.

The quadcopter is a bit slow in cold weather. I am not sure if it's the battery or in some other way. Here's today's update Here we are in the middle of summer with sunny skies and warm temperatures. There is a problem with batteries. Keeping the quad on charger is a necessity. Basically, I do not have any oomph! It works fine with the voltage checked at the motor. There is no torque at all. As we did last year, we went to the same spot. Grass is used by quad barley to move.
I bought this for the Razor dirt quad and it was easy to install and the connection plugs were perfect. The hookup harness did not come with a paper diagram (nor did it come with the links) but please see the diagram at the end of the product description. Copy or make a copy of Make sure that your connectors match the ones pictured in the item description before making your purchase. I have noticed a longer battery life and greater performance than the OEM. It would be a good choice/purchase.
I had no problems installing the wiring harness as it fit perfectly.
I ordered this battery for my son's dirt bike and it didn't work. When I asked them to return it, they refused and asked me so many questions, and how I could determine the battery was in good shape or not. . . Please do not purchase from this seller if you are in any doubt about the battery you are purchasing.
We received it very soon with no problems. However, the main ground wire and the hot wire have not been.
I am very satisfied with the quad that I purchased for my son.
I like the price. It's great.
AS OF YET, IT SEEMS TO BE DOING THE JOB.
