One of my Ninebot ES4 devices is about to run out of charge. When I got this in the mail, I was excited, but was then slapped in the face by the fact that it wasn't even the cord that connected the wall to the block because it was just the block and the cord to the scooter. 'I don't know if the product page overlooked that little detail but the images it includes in the product page seem to indicate that you get everything. My scooter began charging thanks to the spare cord I had, but I not only had to dock some points, but I had to use another outlet as well. My first impression was that it looks genuine however, it feels like cheap plastic and is pretty light. Still, it does its job well.

The connector is of poor quality This material is easily broken

There was no point in spending $50 on this. This charger was only useful for a few months before its DC male connector broke off, rendering the entire charger inoperative. Using cheap plastic for the tip connector assembly is a bad idea.

With the charger I ordered, I also received a ninebot kick scooter bike lock in the package. Although the barcode sticker said that it was a charger, it was not This is not the case. As a result, I sent it back for re-working There were mistakes, so they had to be ordered. Yet today the second package arrived, and this time it was the ninebot kick scooter bike lock once more. My only option is to find a human to tell them that the robots are malfunctioning and that it will take me hours to find, so I will have to search for hours. As I sigh,.

The cable does not work nearly as well as the one that is included Using this cable I can charge my Segway Ninebot Max since the cable that came with it stopped working
