The skates are a bit heavy because their plates are made of metal, which I found to be an issue at first. Over time, I realized that I had become accustomed to it and no longer had any problems with it. just noticed some paint chipping on the top lace notches of my skates after I have had them for two days. It is not very appealing to me, but it may be to others. If you are between sizes, order one The size 8 I ordered was a perfect fit for me, despite the fact that I am a US woman's size 7.

I was not used to their weight so it felt heavy. No adjustment is available on the large toe stops for these skates, but they seem good nonetheless. Originally, I was charged $199, however, on Amazon the next day the same skates were $99 instead. This skate has good quality, however, it weighs quite a bit and I send it back mainly because I was charged twice the usual price for it.

It is well worth the price. It was so nice to get the skates so Beginners will find this skate very useful. The trucks and wheels roll smoothly after I loosen them up. It is not easy for me to adjust to these quads after having inlines when I was a child, but I am getting used to them through YouTube videos. The only time I have used them is inside my home, and it only has been 1 week of practice. They have great laces made of great material, and the wheels are like gum. In these skates, I feel very comfortable around my ankles, and I fully trust their stability. There is no size difference in the men's and women's versions of this shoe. I got them in size 8 for women, which is a size 6 for men. I wear size 8 in sneakers and heels, so these shoes fit perfectly. There's enough room for my feet to wear thick socks if I want, and they don't feel tight at all. My feet are really in a good place with these shoes. Although I loved everything about them I read the reviews and they said to size up because they run small but I am a size 7 and I bought a size 8 and I definitely did not fit, I would say that the only reason you should size up is if you have wide feet.
