There is a pair for each item
Despite my unfamiliarity with pacer skates, I am not adverse to them. The upper boot style of my skates is a traditional full leather boot. Fitting of the toe stopper is perfect.
This is true if the skate is equipped with an adjustable toe stop of 5/8".
There are two sizes of toe stops in this set, and they are normal toe stops that come with the sure grip century plate (large), not the mini plugs or mid size toe stops, they have a 5/8 fine thread, black or white. Foot stops thread into the plate, and the height is adjustable, and a screw is located within the plate to secure the This toe stop is found on many skate plates.

After they are only skated outside once for 20 minutes, they are crumbling apart into pieces. If you're going to use them for outdoor skating, do not get them. The shoe might be fine for kids or people who don't put a lot of pressure on their toes. The purpose I use these is not to stop myself, but rather to walk or run.
You may be able to use it for kids under age 6,
but if you're going to use it semi-regularly, be careful what you do Professional product not so good, it's brittle and falls apart rather quickly (also breaks up into little pieces). I used it only ONCE and noticed it.
For sure grip century roller skate plates, this is the stock 5/8 fine thread adjustable toe stop.
