Working out in these shorts is a breeze

These are a great fitness shorts for running. I had been looking for something that's similar to the Capri leggings that I have for working out, and I wanted something in a short that has a pocket, since it's summer. A nice feature to have on the back is the pockets on the sides that make it easy to work out in. It's thin and lightweight.

When I wear them during both activities, they don't ride up at all, and I appreciate that they have a high waist.
