It is said that I wear a five or five-plus size in adult. The shoe size is 5. Can you tell me what size child would be the best fit?

It is a 7 to 7 size for me. My feet are really skinny, so I can't wear a shoe that goes up to a size 5. It is good for me that the boy is large. I had no blisters from rubbing from walking in them (they are snug enough to not move around when I'm walking).

Can anyone tell me what kind of wool blend this is if it's wool and something else, or is it like Spam where we don't know what it is?

According to Darn Tough's website, these socks are made with Merino Wool, which is what my friend told me when she recommended them to me. As far as I can tell, I tried them out and liked them so much that I went back and bought three more pairs to wear for all my outdoor activities (hiking, biking, and running). In the future, I may pick up a few more pairs as my other socks (not Darn Tough) wear out. You should note Socks made from alpaca have been tried by me. This pair of socks is soft and comfortable, but it's not as durable as this pair.

How many socks do I need for a size 71/2 shoe?

When I need to find the size of a child's clothing, I usually go to the Darn Tough website. Our daughter is a size 6 so we ordered the KIDS size Large. Women's shoe size 5 to 7 great socks for hiking. I wore them for a 26 mile hike and did not have any problems.
