There is no cup holder on these.
My son, who weighs 80 pounds, wears a size 10. Because they run true to size, I'd say he'll need a size larger than a 14 and should consider adult small.
These are suited to young boys.

I took my son shopping for school clothes a few days ago, and we looked everywhere for high-quality, reasonably priced compression pants. We went to a few stores but came up empty-handed. I was a little skeptical that the quality would be good because I couldn't feel them before ordering, but I was wrong, and they are FANTASTIC! Highly recommended Almost identical to Nike or Under Armour without the hefty price tag.
Let me begin by saying that I have a child who despises wearing any kind of pants or jeans. At his school, it appears that wearing leggings under shorts is the norm. These leggings were not only more comfortable, but they were also long enough for him. I ordered the 7 and they fit him perfectly; he normally wears an 8 in pants, and they were long enough for my other son, who is tall and skinny (he normally wears a 10). I think the quality is excellent, and I prefer them to the BCG ones available through academy (which are too short). I'll definitely be ordering more of these; they're fantastic. Don't waste your money on big-name brands like Under Armour or Nike; these are just as good, if not better!.
These were purchased for my 4-year-old daughter. Underneath his hockey gear, a year old should wear. I was able to wear a mesh hockey jock over these because the waist fit perfectly. It's a good-sized piece. He has the potential to be a 2-star player. These would be fine if they were 4 inches longer in the leg. They keep him warm while he's out on the ice.
The material is of good quality, but they are far too large for my six-year-old, who weighs around 48 pounds. My seven-year-old is a few inches taller and weighs around 50 pounds. He weighed 52 pounds and his clothes were too big for him. I kept them and washed them a couple of times in the hopes of shrinking them. They're still a little loose, but I'm hoping they'll fill out over time. Label sizing is almost non-existent. existence/unclarity I wouldn't buy it again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
It is a hit with my son. The Compression leggings have a great quality to them. I placed an order for a size 10. The length was a little too long for him, but not to the point of being unwearable. I'd order it again in a heartbeat. The item was shipped quickly, and we received it much sooner than expected.
For SURE, it runs small! I had a feeling, so I bought two sizes, one of which fit perfectly, but the other didn't. just FYI. My son is 11 years old and wears a size 10. In most cases, the number is 12. My other son, who is 12 and almost 13 and VERY skinny (waist and legs), ended up fitting into both sizes.
These are a favorite of my son's to wear underneath his shorts. Anyway, I have no idea why. They're very soft and pleasant to the touch. Warm enough to keep his legs warm but not so hot that he becomes overheated. So far, they've performed admirably. However, I wouldn't classify these as thermal because I doubt they'd keep you warm on a particularly cold day.
This is the second time we've used these shoes. Leggings that aren't too thick. It's a new layer on top of the previous one. Just keep in mind that these aren't as thick as other brands' cold-weather gear. These are almost spandex thin (if I may use that term). They are one of my son's favorite things to wear for soccer in the fall and winter.
