The diameter of the scooter stem is up to you. If the OD of the scooter stem is 28mm, then the spacer ID is 29mm. Six times 28. There will be no problem with the 9MM (the same as most mountain bikes).

Unless your bike already has these, then you likely won't need to install them. There is no specific headset you have and I am not sure what neck extender you are referring to. You can't use these if you are I believe it was (1-) threadless stems with a diameter of 1/8 inch. You can search for 1inch threadless stem spacers by going to Google. It would be better to try it that way.

It is exactly what I needed to change the stems on a Cannondale Quick 6 and a Giant road bike since the carbon fork was not able to be made tight when the new stem was installed. My investigation of the wide variety of spacer sizes seemed to be the answer. After finding the perfect size to fit on the threadless stem (the diameter was perfect), I was able to make up the difference and get it to work. Make sure that if you are replacing a stem on a bike for better fit that you also choose- You might want to stack up some The product I'm purchasing is not something I would have known about if I had not read the reviews and questions. The price is right and they work great, but the diameter of the outer ring is smaller than the spacers I got from the bike shop, so my stem has a bit of a "stepped" appearance at the top because the smaller diameter spacers are on There is no substance to the problem it is purely cosmetic. The finish and fit of the pant (other than the outer diameter as previously mentioned) are.
The 2mm stem was perfect for my bike since the fork tube was maybe a millimeter too high for the top cap to fit it, so I had to remove the 5mm stem that came with the bike and installed both 2 and 5 for a neat, clean I don't know which batch ppl got that were loose and sloppy on the fork tube, but mine fit perfectly. A little over 28 seems to be the ideal age. 1 of 6.
The ones that came with my bike seemed to be quite robust, but I found these very thin. They are about 1/16 thick compared to the ones already installed. So it is a little odd that they would do the job, but they are cheap and look to be functional.
Sure, they won't make your bike faster or lighter, but they look great. It was well worth the money.
This was owned by one owner and works great! The look and fit are perfect. I love these because they are the same diameter as my bontrager RXL stem. This is a very nice finish, and they stack neatly together. You can get these cheap if you don't want to spend $$ on FSA. They are of better quality than the polycarb spacers which I used to have from FSA.
It works great and was exactly as described. Great spacer set works well and it did as described, just the right size to figure out your stem length had trouble in the past with others breaking and having head movement, thought being aluminium would be a good idea, and I have had good luck in using them.
It's great to have them around. The shiny surface looks great. only needed one little shim for a bike I was building, but when I pulled it apart and found that those existing spacers were somehow different from what I wanted, I decided to discard them. Since they were made of metal composite material, these spacers replaced all of them. I am very pleased with the result as advertised, the finish is shiny and it is light enough to be easily replaced by those plastic gappers.
